IPL + Birth Control Q&A

I was wondering if I can have IPL, if I'm taking a birth control pills? I've been told, that there will be no difference in my skin after the IPL treatment. I have some sun spots and acne scars as well. Am I a good candidate or not?

Is it possible to get the ipl treatments while using oral contraception?

I want to use Obagi again to treat my melasma (caused by two pregnancies and years of oral birth control use.) I'd also like to take care of the sun damage and flat moles on my arms by using IPL. I'd be using both at the same time and even though they'd be on different body parts, can that be harmful to me?

Is it safe to use home IPL on area when I have contraceptive implant ?
