Hi everyone
I jsit had full mouth implants done .. and this process has taken years - going from dentists who jsit wanted money and left me with no bottom teeth for months (when the temporary implant broke) til finally having an amazing dentist who had to reconstruct what my become teeth may have look like and creating an upper implant that would pull in my teeth that my tongue had pushed out over the years. So now that I have the bottom complete and a temp upper implant , I’ve found that I have bad wrinkles above and below my lips - because the implants don’t fill up my moth as much now and aren’t pushing beyond it .. I ever realized that was a risk with implants .. but now I can see that these wrinkles are pretty deep set.
I have zero clue what to do that will provide the best solution - for the longest time without making me appear like I can’t move my lips .. I’ve seen people whose mouths look frozen from Botox and I am a 59 year old woman who barely used any face cream at night til recently …
What procedure would you suggest (assuming I could afford it ) and then what procedure would you suggest would be most affordable? I am broke from getting ripped off $15k from my first dentist and paying $50k via several years of payments for my current one . Thanks !
