5 out of 5 stars Breast Reduction

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't even know where to start to tell you how AMAZING Dr. Peters is!!!! I just had a breast reduction in September 2016 by her and she did a phemoninal job!! She really knows her stuff and does wonderful work. Before surgery I was a 36 J and now I'm only 6 weeks post op so I don't know my exact size but I'm around a D cup if I had to guess. If you are looking to get a breast reduction...

Gifted Surgeon and Wonderful Person - Seattle, WA

I have wanted this procedure for 25 years! It took a friend of mine to share her experience before I decided to take the plunge. I am thrilled with my results and would do it all over again. Dr. Peters is skilled, smart, and a warm lovely person. I'm petite, 5 ft tall 105 pounds. I opted for 286 cc implants. I wanted to look natural and basically the way I looked in padded bras but have it...

Mommy Makeover - Seattle, WA

I didn't like the way my stomach looked after giving birth. I just wanted to add the reason for my decision to have the tummy tuck, because no matter how much I exercised my stomach would have never of been the same. I love how Dr. Peters tightened my muscles and made my stomach look like I was 20 again. She was very conscious about making sure the incision was very low, so...

An Amazing Breast Augmentation Experience - Seattle, WA

I liked my smaller breasts but always was interested in bigger ones and now I'm also a dancer, so it seemed like the right time. I did my research and Dr Peters stood out immediately.. I had a consult and felt very strongly that I would be in good hands. I had my surgery ten days ago and so far my results are incredible! They look just how I wanted and my recovery has been gentle and...

5 out of 5 stars Breast Augmentation

Highly Recommended - Seattle, WA

I had the augmentation for myself after a year of very careful consideration and thorough research. There were no cons other than the inital post-op pain of a first time breast augmentation, but that was to be expected. If you want it for you and are aware of the possible risks and all that is associated with the procedure, I would recommend having it as well as seeing Dr. Peters.

Battling the Obesity Epidemic One Patient at a Time

With today’s media current and health research focused so often on the obesity epidemic in our country, it is rare to hear some positive statistics. Positive statistics are out there though, and I see the people who represent them every day in my office. My staff and I encourage a healthy lifestyle without making anyone feel like they have to be perfect to achieve their goals. In my practice, I feel lucky to be a part of my patients' healthy life change. I enjoy the reward of my patient...

Growing Trend in Chin Augmentation Procedures

A well-defined jaw line and neck is an attractive feature and culturally seen as a sign of confidence. Chin augmentations are on the increase; up 71% in 2011. Here are some of the more subtle reasons why: A small chin can make the face imbalanced. Ideally the upper, middle, and lower thirds of your face should be about the same size. A recessive chin can make your nose look big, or out of proportion. A weak chin or jaw line can make your neck look prematurely aged...

New System for Sizing Your Breast Implant Choice

New System for Sizing Your Breast Implant Choice One of the biggest concerns for women planning a breast augmentation is how to select the implant volume that will most closely match the outcome they are hoping for. If your surgeon does all the choosing without having you participate in the decision, the chance for unhappiness is high. If you decide for yourself without turning to your surgeon’s experienced advice an inappropriate choice is also...

What is the Difference Between People that Get Plastic Surgery and Those Who Do Not? Answer: Not Much

“Research finds that cosmetic surgery patients do not differ from nonpatients in body satisfaction, except that they are more likely to express dissatisfaction with the specific body region targeted for surgery.” MSNBC conducted an online study of 50,000 volunteers to research how satisfaction with body image correlated with interest in plastic surgery. A 27 point questionnaire posed questions like: *How comfortable are you in a bathing suit? *Do you like your face? *How...

Why Baby Boomers Are Getting More Plastic Surgery

Here are a few “Baby Boomer” facts: Those born between 1946 and 1964 constitute 28% of the US population. 76 million Boomers will hit 65 over the next two decades, at a rate of 10,000 a day. Boomers account for half of all consumer spending. The typical Boomer feels 9 years younger than their chronological age, according to Pew Research Council data. Elective cosmetic surgery is up 65% in this age group since 2005. Non-invasive plastic surgery procedures are up 87% in the...
