So for context: I'm a trans woman living in Olympia who's been on HRT for years and already received bottom surgery prior to this, if any of that matters. I will be speaking to the out-of-town experience. Every step of the way, Dr.Sajan and his office has made this experience easy and comfortable. They accepted CareCredit which was amazing and made it very affordable. The surgery itself was handled very professionally, I was in and out relatively quickly and my husband had me home within an hour or so. I'm a month out from my surgery now, and I'm already very happy with the results. Of course another 2 months or so of after-care are required before everything is finalized, but compared to bottom surgery this is a walk in the park. He offers virtual follow-up calls which is EXTREMELY convenient, and he was still able to give good advice and feedback over video call. Overall, my experience has been a 10/10, not sure what could be improved really. Worth every penny!
Firt time getting Dysport in my forehead and corners of mouth. Everyone so nice and knowledgeable. And within a few days I started to notice injections working. And process so so quick and easy. I definitely will be going again.
I have already left a 5-star review on Google just after my bbl surgery by Dr. Sajan, because of his professionalism and perfect skills. Now I am 3weeks post-op and I am surprised how my result even look better and better day after day!!! I have the most weird looking heavily hip-dipped butt before bbl. My expectation was to have a more normal looking butt. However, Dr. Sajan literally made me a model(I know I sound so full of myself but even I couldn’t recognize my body in the mirror). Dr. Sajan LITERALLY CHANGE MY LIFE. Thank you for your beautiful work!!!!! I am 100% satisfied!!! I only post the immediate result here. Believe me it looks even better in real life. I can’t stop looking in the mirror. I am only 3 weeks post op but I am already thinking about going back to him to do more lipo on my other body parts (chin and legs). I am even aaving up for it now.
Dr. Sajan is very informative and personable. I was at ease the entire time during the procedure and everyone made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I had a large volume injected (20 vials in each side with prp, acell and stem cells) and had no complications the entire process and recovery. Everything's looking great and I'm looking forward for more sessions to build greater volume. Pics are a little over 6 weeks post op.
First off, let me start by praising my doctor. He is the best and I suggest you do your homework as this is not a surgery that is easy. I had a bitch boob job back in 2005 (im 36 now) abs they were always droopy. After my son was born my right breast became even more encapsulated. The reason my surgery was so expensive is because it entailed so many different procedures. I’m in so much pain right now but beauty is pain and I just wanted my outside to match my insides you know? If you are in the greater Seattle are, or even if you are not, check out Dr. Seattle on ig and on Snapchat- he is the best in the west!!! I’m so happy even though it feels like a brick wall fell in my chest… the pain will subside in a week ir so plus they gave me a good amount of pain meds which really helps. Please don’t hang in the fence ladies and get you a chest you always wanted. See my empty saddle bag before pic? Ya well I don’t know if any other doctor who could perform this miracle of giving perkiness abd smaller aeriolas all that good stuff. Can’t wait to try on a bathing suit without feeling self conscious. FYI, a reg breast Aug would not cost half as much as this surgery even the lift by itself would prob only cost 10,000-14,000 but because of my anatomy the encapsulated implants all of it added up but like I said worth the pain abs every single penny! Updated on 25 Jun 2022: I cannot stress enough what an incredible surgeon and human dr.Sajan aka Dr. Seattle is. Any concerns I’ve had they will call and schedule an appt for me to come in and see him. I’ve been healing pretty slow and because if that he has kept an eye on me but my breast are 1000 times better I’m a 1000 times happier. Are they a lil lower than I wanted, yes but that’s do to the sever sagging I had- I’m having trouble posting these Picasso if I can’t I’m sorry but I love them so much and I love allure aesthetics is Seattle, Washington!!! If ya don’t know now ya know
I've been small chested all my life. After years of research, I decided to pull the trigger and do the surgery! I'm 29yo, 5'2", 125 pounds, with a petite/athletic build. After a consult with my doctor, we decided on 345cc Mentor Anatomical Gummy implants. I am currently in day 2 of post-op. I am incredibly sore, but so far everything is healing well.
Before my Mommy Makeover, I just knew the top of my tattoo would be gone due to the Extended Tummy Tuck. I never once mentioned any concerns regarding my tattoo & scar placement to Dr. Sajan. It didn’t bother me because honestly it no longer looked good after my pregnancies and weight loss. Once I finally got to take a look at my new body, I Immediately noticed how Dr. Sajan placed the incision strategically within my tattoo. I thought that was so considerate of him. I’ve seen some scars go straight through a tattoo leaving behind an incomplete fragment. Here I am 9 dpo and just realized the top of my tattoo is not only intact but looks way better than ever. I’m mind blown. Dr. Sajan has been amazing since day 1, as so his entire surgical team. I am very pleased with my experience so far and over the moon about my results.
Hi! So I have not had surgery yet so this is my pre-review to getting started on my journey. As I go along I'll add to my reviews!! Starting out I am 5'4" 150lb currently a 34b or 36a. Receiving 650cc hp silicone under the muscle. I'm very petite and narrow-but wanted the big full breasts. Go big or go home and this was the largest my doctor recommended for my frame. I would honestly go bigger if I could!! My surgery is there 3rd of march and in so not even nervous. I've been wanting these since I was 18 and now I have one child and just ready to feel sexy for my husband even though he loves me just the way I am. I am bigger bottomed and natural and I just want to be proportionate- even at my smallest I still had hips/butt so time to get my breasts and have that full hour glass physique!! I'm so ready and reading all these reviews I am ready and know just about all what to expect. These reviews have been helpful and I just want to add my journey because I know all yours helped me!!!! Photo is of me currently before surgery. Updated on 4 Mar 2020: I'm in pain. Lots of tightness and where my incision was. But it's tolerable. Feels like I did a real bad workout of my chest. Lots of numbing but I assume that's normal!! I had to have my husband help me up out of bed and I was able to use the restroom myself. It's easier then I thought. I'm not a patient person though and which this would go away! I just wanna see my boobs !!! Updated on 5 Mar 2020: Oh my. I'm not there lucky one on pain tolerance. My incision site is burning and I'm so swollen on the side I can't put my arms all the way down and from sitting in my bed at a 45 degree angle my lower back is killing me with knots. When does this get better! Granted I'm only on day 2 but this totally sucks!! Updated on 11 Mar 2020: I am still high, still swollen. It has no decreased whatsoever , but still tight, still heavy and miserable......ugh. I am getting more movement of my arms- but still can't brush or wash my hair myself. I also have developed a rash on my abdomen. It is not itchy and hurting. Updated on 11 Mar 2020: Just adding another photo for my 8 day post. No new changes. Still extremely swollen, sore, not much use of my arms, and granted I'm only one week in but uh.... Can my swelling subside a little please?! Updated on 25 Mar 2020: 3 weeks post and not much changed. I feel like I should have done the surgery underneath the breast instead of my arm pits, I think it would have healed faster. And I forgot my scars don't tend to heal as quick so now when I even lift my arms slightly you see this massive pink scar- ugh!!! At least under my boob I could hide it! But, it is what it is and can't do anything about it now. I developed mondors cords under my arms, however reading on it it's normal and would go away in a few months, so for now my left arm is limited in my reach, but it's not painful by any means. I have noticed my breasts have dropped ever so slightly. Still very swollen but it has only been 3 weeks as of today!! Long process, still sleeping on my back propped because if I lay down and then get up my boobs feel extra heavy haha. I'm taking no pain meds anymore except maybe ibuprofen on occasion. My numbness is slowly coming back but one part of my arm where numbness meets not numbness if I move my arm a certain way I get this very bad burning sensation for a quick second. Hurts so bad but over last few days it's been less and less. I started my period 2 weeks early as well and my nipples are extremely sensitive! Patience is key and just a waiting game! Updated on 1 Apr 2020: I don't see a difference until I put them aside by side with the 1st photo I took at 1 week. They are slowly dropping and changing! I can finally see a difference in them. No pain. My incisions under my arms are healing ok, I have one corner that just won't close and of course it's my arm I use the most. It will heal with time. I'm excited to continue this journey and I know I'm the beginning I had doubts because of pain and I'm so impatient but.....I'm getting used to it and time will tell!! Updated on 16 Apr 2020: Well hit my 6 week mile Stone!! My breasts are still a little hard and have dropped but very little. I had large implants so it will take time. But I am already loving them. Sorta have boob greed but I'm really at my Max I can go and I know they will be wonderful once completely healed!! No pain except a little stiff in the morning. I am sleeping on my sides best I can. Not able to sleep on stomach yet. But all in all no issues, just now waiting on the drop and fluff! I'll update my review in a couple months when that happens! Updated on 22 Dec 2020: Omg it's been 9 months and what a journey. My left breast just did not want to drop and I started to develop capsulor contractor. I did some treatments to try and break it up and it's helped. Doctor prescribed me some medicine to help as well. It's not fully soft like the rest even at 9 months however it's much softer then at my 6 months and every month gets a tad softer. I really love my breasts and honestly I have boob greed and want them bigger but I'll wait! This journey wasn't easy and I think I got the worse end of the stick compared to others who healed so quick but not everyone is the same. Every month it gets easier but I love how clothes fit and how much more proportional I am. I'll update at my year mark!
I had a Breast Revision performed by Dr. Sajan and I’m very satisfied with the results! I previously had saline implants and I wasn’t happy with the way they looked on me. My previous implants were disproportioned and very unnatural on my body. Dr. Sajan and I agreed on the gummy implants and they look fabulous!! He was able to correct my breasts at the same time as well as giving me a little more cleavage. I am an out of town patient from LA and the Dr. was very flexible with my schedule. He truly had my best interests when making suggestions! Plus the staff was extremely nice and extra careful about every step in the process to make you feel safe, secure, and informative about the procedure. They are an amazing team and I definitely recommend!!
I was looking for a butt enhancement because I'm too thin for a BBL and unsure of implants so Sculptra is the only option. I paid close to $5000 for no result. I liked Dr. Sajan he was very nice and so was the staff. It's nothing against them, just in my experience it's not a worth while procedure. Put the money towards surgery. Literally the is no difference between the before and after pictures. It makes me still feel sick, the idea I wasted that much money on absolutely nothing.
Hi Unique305,Nasabial folds typically start making an appearance during the late 20’s so your assessment is correct. One syringe of filler can make the skin in this area plumper and smoother for several months. Whether you want to treat this area is entirely up to you.I would suggest seeking out a consultation with an experienced injector.Hope this helps,
Hello AshalillyB,I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing this. From your photo, this appears to be bruising and should resolve within two weeks. I suggest returning to see your injector in person to be evaluated further. For any future injections, consider having injections done with a cannula. In my practice I perform filler injections in the lips with cannulas and this has greatly reduced the risk of bruising. Hope this helps,
Hi court9931,It’s not uncommon to not see results 3 weeks post Kybella injections. Kybella results are typically seen 4-8 weeks after treatment with a recommended re-treatment every 4-8 weeks until desired results are achieved. With that, Kybella is not a one and done procedure. The final results take time to achieve, and patience. I hope this helps,
Hello Gster5,Thank you for your question. In my practice we have successfully treated patients who have developed a resistance to Botox by treating them with Dysport, another botulinum type A.I suggest seeking out an experienced provider in your area.Hope this helps,
Hello lmk2166,I’m sorry to hear about this. From your photo, it appears that the Botox injection to the crows feet may have been injected into the upper cheek causing the crooked smile.Fortunately, Botox is temporary lasting 2-3 months. In the meantime, another option would be to treat the other upper cheek area with a few units of Botox to even out your smile.Hope this helps,
