Hi! So I have not had surgery yet so this is my pre-review to getting started on my journey. As I go along I'll add to my reviews!!

Starting out I am 5'4" 150lb currently a 34b or 36a. Receiving 650cc hp silicone under the muscle. I'm very petite and narrow-but wanted the big full breasts. Go big or go home and this was the largest my doctor recommended for my frame. I would honestly go bigger if I could!! My surgery is there 3rd of march and in so not even nervous. I've been wanting these since I was 18 and now I have one child and just ready to feel sexy for my husband even though he loves me just the way I am. I am bigger bottomed and natural and I just want to be proportionate- even at my smallest I still had hips/butt so time to get my breasts and have that full hour glass physique!! I'm so ready and reading all these reviews I am ready and know just about all what to expect. These reviews have been helpful and I just want to add my journey because I know all yours helped me!!!! Photo is of me currently before surgery.

I'm in pain. Lots of tightness and where my incision was. But it's tolerable. Feels like I did a real bad workout of my chest. Lots of numbing but I assume that's normal!! I had to have my husband help me up out of bed and I was able to use the restroom myself. It's easier then I thought. I'm not a patient person though and which this would go away! I just wanna see my boobs !!!

Oh my. I'm not there lucky one on pain tolerance. My incision site is burning and I'm so swollen on the side I can't put my arms all the way down and from sitting in my bed at a 45 degree angle my lower back is killing me with knots. When does this get better! Granted I'm only on day 2 but this totally sucks!!

Are you eating foods with salt in it? It will add to ur swelling. As for ur back pack try one of those bed pillows that have arm rest. Youll find more comfort sleeping right up with a neck pillow. Your back pain will b very minimum. I did not like laying at a 45 degree angle simply because sleeping and getting out of bed was the worst. I stayed medicated like clock work to ease my pain so if my medications says 4 hours i took every 3 hours and 50 minutes. Your pain will be more tolerable by the end of the week and will be mostly gone by week 2 if you allow someone to help you with chores and bathing. The more you do for yourself the more pain you will have

I promise it gets better I had my surgery the day before you and I had 550cc under the muscle incision in the breast fold. My sides hurt so bad from the bruising and swelling BUT it's getting better. It will continue to get better. I promise.

I appreciate that! I'm on day 7 and my swelling has not gone down even the slightest but the pain has gone down and every day I get a little more use of my arms and movement. Just wish this swelling would go down even a little so I know it's going in the right direction :(
