I had Botox and filler with Dr. Mckevitt about a month ago. She was WONDERFUL. She is so gentle and kind, but most importantly, she is an expert. She answered all of my questions and made me feel relaxed. The results are amazing. Very natural (like I wanted), but noticeable improvement in lines. She has a lifetime patient.

Dr. McKevitt and Staff were wonderful. Surgery was in office and not at all painful. Directions for after care at home were clear and easy to follow. Stiches removal was painless one week later. Recovery has been very good and outcome wonderful!

Dr. Silvia McKevitt is a wonderful surgeon who performed an upper blepharoplasty on me in 2017. The results were exactly what I was looking for. She removed the sagging skin that bothered me and gave me back the eyelids I had before aging set in. I did not have any complications and my results were even. In fact, I returned from a week "on vacation" and no one even knew that I'd had surgery. :-D

I don't know how the experience could have been any better considering it was eyelid surgery. The pre-surgery office visits answered all of my concerns and I had a lot of them. Dr. McKevitt was very reassuring during the whole process. The thing that was most reassuring were the comments of the Valley Hospital nurses who said Dr. McKevitt was the best eyelid surgeon that they deal with. My outcome was beyond my expectations and surprisingly I looked a few years younger.

Wonderful experience. I just had upper bleph surgery three days ago. Dr. McKevitt is so nice and highly qualified. I barely felt a thing. The procedure was not uncomfortable. It only took about 45 minutes. It has only been three days and I’m already so pleased with the results. Very excited about my younger looking eye lids!!! Updated on 11 Sep 2018: Here are a couple of photographs. One is a before shot, and one photo was taken on Day 3. I have had minimal swelling and bruising, and little to no pain. You definitely need to ice round the clock for two days and sleep sitting up. Sutures are coming out in three days. I’ll take another photo then. Except for the distress caused by the forced inactivity (it’s a challenge when you are used to exercising daily), this is a piece a cake. Updated on 6 Dec 2018: Here are some updated pics 3 months post surgery. I am extremely pleased with the results! I’ve had no problems whatsoever. I think the before and after photos demonstrate an appreciable improvement to the dreaded droopiness. Thank you, Dr. McKevitt!

Dr, McKevitt was highly recommended by a colleague in Seattle who raved about her work and care after he had issues with one of his eyes drooping.I can't express enough how terrific Dr. McKevitt and her staff are. My experience was top notch and the results exceeded my expectations (to look the same and natural, but without the excess skin that was causing issues for me). I live in Seattle and found it worth the drive to Renton to have Dr. McKevitt take care of me. I also paid in full for her the surgery as my insurance did not cover her services -- that's how important it was to me to be in her most capable hands. No regrets. HIGHLY recommended!

Dr McKevitt was wonderful to talk to and explained everything. The procedure was done while awake and it wasn't uncomfortable like I thought it would be. Local anesthesia was effective. The results looked quite terrible the first few days and I saw uneven recovery from swelling for the first month. However, the results were very satisfactory by 3 months. I would recommend her to anyone. (I put $1 because there was no option to leave this blank.)

I was in serious need of ptosis eyelid repair surgery on both eyes, where I had lost nearly 25% of my field of vision over the years because of the drooping. It not only affected my vision, but I was extremely self-conscious about how it looked. I scheduled a consultation with Dr. McKevitt after first meeting with another local ophthalmologist/oculoplastic surgeon. After the consultation with Dr. McKevitt I was encouraged that a positive outcome was possible and we scheduled the surgery. I chose to have the surgery done in the clinic; awake with a local anesthesia. There was minimal discomfort at the very beginning of the procedure to administer the anesthesia and nothing during the rest. I took prescription pain medication twice after the surgery, then was able to transition to Tylenol, and shortly after that needed nothing at all. I followed the recovery directions (icing, cleaning, etc.) to a T and had no issues with my incisions. As it turned out, I was one of the very few who ended up needing a revision on one side. My revision experience was as good as the first time, with minimal discomfort and a great recovery. I am very pleased with the experience and the outcome of my surgeries. Both eyes look great and my improved vision is wonderful.

Dr. McKevitt is an excellent surgeon and removed my lower eyelid "bags". I followed the post operative protocol with icing and ointment, slept with my head elevated and had minimal bruising. I also took a supplement from Hammer Nutrition called "Tissue Rejuvenator" that was not recommended but I've had good experience with the product. I was back to work in 7 days. My photo is 3 weeks post procedure and my eye lids are still healing. I'm very happy with the results.

This review is in reference to the upper lid surgery performed by Dr. Silvia McKevitt last month, January 2018. Dr. Silvia McKevitt is such a wonderful, caring and excellent doctor. I couldn’t be more pleased with the post surgery results. My eyes looks fabulous, and I look younger by 20 years! The office staff were excellent. They were so considerate, polite and accommodating. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Most importantly, I am very pleased with the results. It definitely exceeded my expectations. Dr. Silvia McKevitt did an amazing job and I would gladly recommend her to anyone.
