I highly recommend Dr. Casperson

Dr. Casperson really knows her stuff. Since her specialty is urology, I felt like she was well qualified to understand my complaint and treat accordingly. She and her staff have excellent bedside manners, and provided all the relevant information I wanted and needed. Her sunny and upbeat disposition made my visits very pleasant.

I am 28 years old and a mother to 6 awesome kids (5 boys and 1 girl). All my kids were born vaginally. Worth It17 hours Post-Op

Every Mother Needs DIVA

Had a DIVA procedure to treat stress incontinence which I mainly have with running. What a great experience. The doctor explained everything in detail, made me feel comfortable and asked me how I was doing many times through the procedure. She was fantastic and I'm so glad she recommended this over surgery. Minimal pain and I don't have to take time off from exercise. What a life changer after having two children.

Postpartum Vaginal Laxity

I did "all the right things" during pregnancy and postpartum to protect my pelvic floor including pelvic floor pre-hab and rehab, safe abdominal/core training, use of a pessary, topical estrogen cream etc. and 2 years postpartum I was still experiencing symptoms of vaginal wall laxity (mostly vaginal pressure related to a bladder prolapse). Genetics dictates what type of connective tissue make up you have, and that is something that neither physical therapy or surgery can change.
