It has been just over one year since I had a deep plane facelift with Dr. Cohen. I could not be happier with the results. From start to finish, Dr. Cohen and his staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. They patiently explained the process and the recovery, and answered all of my questions. A particular shout out to Lena, Dr. Cohen's nurse. In addition to being kind and knowledgeable, she was available by text to answer questions (this was very helpful the first weekend after my procedure). I retired recently after 35 years of work. Everyone said the same thing (besides congratulations) -- you're too young to retire!

I saw Dr. Cohen today to discuss an eyebrow lift and possible facial fat grafting. Since I have had a facelift and grafting in the past, I was not sure if the areas that I would like to have more volume in would respond to grafting or if I should continue to use filler. Additionally, I had been referred to him by a cosmetic dermatologist who had already given me her opinion and recommendations. As for the eyebrow, I am currently using Botox to control the effects of Bell's palsy and was curious as to whether or not lifting the eyebrow was a good solution to lessening the amount of Botox needed.I was pleasantly surprised when Dr. Cohen told me that neither fat grafting nor an eyebrow lift was necessary and that my best option was to continue the protocol of filler and Botox- and to make sure the same person was doing both. The explanation of his opinions made perfect sense, and it verified many of the thoughts I was already having.I left the consultation with the ability to form a reasonable game plan moving forward and a very positive impression of Dr. Cohen. Some of his comments mirrored what the dermatologist had told me and recommended. He was not the first plastic surgeon I had consulted, but he was the first who did not push surgery; in fact, he felt I would be spending money on something that was not necessary and would not produce what I was looking for. So, if you are thinking about facial plastic surgery and you want an honest opinion on what would work for you aesthetically, I recommend you add Dr. Justin Cohen as one of your consults. Many plastic surgeons charge a consultation fee, and Dr. Cohen is among them, so if you're serious about surgery, I suggest that you include that fee in your budget. In this case, I definitely "got what I paid for"!

I recently had a deep plane face and neck lift, lip lift and CO2 laser with Dr. Cohen. He is very dedicated to the patient experience from pre surgery to post surgery. He takes his time to work with you to achieve your best result. Natural but refreshed. Dr. Cohen and staff make it a priority to be with you throughout the entire process - even after you return home.

Great doctor. It’s been over 3 months and I’m very pleased. Impeccable work. I look like me, but 45 not 65. Dissolved my under eye filler. Brow re-set, lower bleph, multiple areas of facial fat transfer, C02 full face laser. Really wish I’d had a deep plane face lift with him instead of a smas elsewhere. Don’t let his deep plane pricing freak you out. If you can afford it, do it. After my less expensive smas, my best girlie had a deep plane with him. I insisted she do it! Because it’s WORTH IT. The office is highly organized and professional. Dr. Cohen is very honest about what he can and can’t do with NO hard selling. Awesome follow-up care.

I researched face/neck/brow lifts for several years, as well as what to look for in a Plastic Surgeon. I had some premature facial drooping and weight loss that gave me a very full saggy neck. I determined that for my face I wanted a deep plane facelift, and a double board certified Plastic Surgeon who operated on faces and necks only was a non-negotiable. Google searches and social media searches led me to have several consultations with doctors who were fine, but I just didn't feel comfortable enough with them to go through with surgery. I wanted to trust my doctor and his process 100% before doing it. After thoroughly researching and vetting Dr. Cohen I made an appointment for a consultation. I'd watched his social media for a couple months and he seemed open, realistic, and honest - in addition to doing fantastic work that didn't look "done." From the moment I contacted his team, I felt comfortable. When my husband and I went up to meet him for the consultation we were even more impressed than we hoped we'd be -- in addition to the extreme competence and care, Dr. Cohen was honest with what I could expect and the process of healing. There was one procedure I even suggested and he said I didn't need it. There are also a couple things I asked him about that I could have done, that I wanted to wait a couple years on. There was no pressure to have these small procedures now, it was all about what I was comfortable with. Leading up to surgery, any questions I had were answered immediately. The day of surgery, I was very nervous of course, but I felt comfortable that I was in good hands. My surgery and recovery could not have gone more smoothly. Since we traveled several hours for surgery we were in an extended stay hotel that his office recommended. He called me that evening to check on me, and we had an appointment the next morning to have the wrapping around my face removed. We returned home a few days later after my drains were removed. I returned to see him at regular intervals for stitches removal and to check my healing. I healed very fast, some people do and some people don't. With some surgeries I have healed well, and some surgeries I haven't. With the face/neck/brow lift I was able to be seen in public without people suspecting within ten days. My pain, except for the first night, was manageable with Tylenol. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed quickly by Dr. Cohen himself (though I certainly would have trusted an answer from his great PA). When he does your surgery, you get access to him - he does not do your surgery and you never see him again. He's your doctor and he's caring for you. It's been 4 months and I look better than I've looked in 15 years. Dr. Cohen gave me a jawline that I didn't even have when I was born! As countless friends have said "you look amazing, but you still look like YOU!" I will continue to see Dr. Cohen for checkups every 3 months, and when I feel the time is right, I'll be scheduling an eyelid lift and a lip lift, if he thinks it's right for me. I trust him.

Choosing Dr. Cohen was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. He gave me the gift of looking like myself again — just a more refreshed, younger version! I had a deep plane face, neck and lip lift and the results are SO natural. His kindness, attention to detail, and true care for his patients shines through every step of the way. I smile every time I look in the mirror. Cannot recommend enough!

Dr. Cohen understood the assignment! I wanted an extremely natural looking brow reset and he delivered! I look more relaxed and like an even better version of myself. He was professional and caring throughout the entire process, too!

My experience with Dr. Cohen and his office staff was/is exceptional. I’m six weeks out so I still go back for follow ups. Besides the excellent results, it’s always such a pleasant experience to go back. The office staff makes a very concerted effort to engage. My surgery included a deep plane facelift, temporal brow lift, fat grafting, fat removal, a sculpting, neck lift, and CO2 laser. I do not have that misshapen obvious facelift look at all. I do look a lot younger and healthier and fresher.

I went to multiple consultations at various facial surgeons in the area, best decision I made. Dr. JC is amazing! My experience has been incredible from the first phone call to the follow up visits. His entire staff from the front desk, Bridget and Lena are very patient and accommodating. I am so grateful to all of them for all that they did. I highly recommend Dr. Cohen.

We did a ton of research before meeting with Dr. Cohen. My wife has an amazing ability to read people that is even better than my own, ten minutes in, we were done looking and on board. The level of personal attention, was fantastic. He spent time getting to know us, what I wanted and helping us understand what could be done to create the best results. The surgery went long, because my sleep apnea, created some issues, but went smoothly. You can see the 24 hour difference. The early recovery was rough, it is a major surgery and I spent a lot of time sleeping through the Paris Olympics, which was a perfect recovery watch. Six months out, my wife and I couldn't be happier with the results. I look more like I feel than I did. If you are considering a procedure like this, I couldn't recommend Dr. Cohen more. Great personality, great work with a fantastic and sweet staff.
