Reading the Real Self reviews helped me get comfortable with Dr. Cohen and the process. I am three months in and so glad I trusted him. He is wonderful and so is his staff from top to bottom. Very clear communication from day one on timing, cost, etc and I felt very well cared for pre and post op. I feel fantastic! The recovery from the surgery itself was no joke. Plan on 4-6 weeks of no zoom or in person events with people who know you. And a full week of complete down time. But after that it is just all Wow. Only my scar on my chin is visible at all and that is diminishing day by day. Dr Cohen is so talented the stitching by the ear is undetectable. And I absolutely look like myself just refreshed. No more giant turkey waddle neck (that was my pain point) Just like we all say we want.
