I am 39 and had three kids and ever since had been frustrated with the changes in my female parts. I just got more saggy, and loose down there, and I leak pee every time I sneeze or cough. I had heard about the surgical options, but was concerned about the risks involved and had been waiting for a non-surgical, safer option. Dr. Stolman used the Fotona Yag laser to treat my problem. I had two treatment sessions, two months apart, cost about $1600 total. I was surprised at how little I felt during the procedure. Just a little warmth on the inside. When the laser was further outside and on the outer skin, there was a mild sting but a topical numbing spray that her assistant applied helped with that. I didn’t see a huge change after the first treatment, but about a month after the second treatment I could see the improvement. Both the looseness and the leakage is a lot better now. The treatment just takes a half hour or so and I only needed topical numbing. I would do it again if needed, but I hope I don’t need to ever again. So glad that this option exists out there.

Both he and Dr. Stolman were going to do the procedure. They gave me all the prescriptions to be filled and the list of things I needed to have at home after the surgery.When I went in for the surgery they put some numbing cream on the nose and cheeks, I took a valium and I think about 40 minutes later they gave me some numbing shots in the nose. I think the reshaping of the nose with the laser took about 40 minutes. It was a painless procedure. They gave me instructions on what in needed to do once I got home. There wasn't really any pain afterward either. (pretty much a walk in the park)... I went in the office the next day and they showed me how to wash the resurfaced area and apply the healing ointment. On my third weekly follow up Dr. Taylor said I had healed well enough that they took some after pictures and said see ya in a month.As I'm writing this review it is at the 6 week point. I am very pleased with the results of the laser procedure, and I highly recommend it. I had worries of scarring and pigmentation color lose, but didn't experience either, and like I said.....for me it was painless. The worse part for me was the healing ointment........you don't realize how many times a day you touch your nose, or put your nose where it doesn't belong, until it's covered with an 1/8" of ointment........... Dr karen stolman am did my upper and lower eyes the fat removed from lower and extra skin removed from upper I look rested and younger dr Karen did an excellent job I had been nervous to do the procedure but there was no need to be and I look at my self in the mirror now and smile if u feel uncomfortable with those extra baggy eyes def don't wait

I hated my droopy eyelids which made made me look and feel old. Dr Karen Stolman did a fabulous job of artfully removing unwanted excess skin on my eyelids. I am very pleased with the results. I realized later that I had eyelid dermatitis irritation when my after picture was taken. My eyes look better every day and I feel good about how they look.

I had thought about having the laser resurfacing procedure done for about a year to repair the sun damage and acne damage on my face. I decided to do all the research I could prior to stepping into actually having the procedure. Several well known plastic surgeons and dermatologists that I saw, recomended the Gateway Aesthetic Institute. Dr. Stolman and Dr. Taylor met with me and explained the procedure, process and expected healing time in detail. The support staff called prior to the procedure to make sure I was following pre operative protocol. The procedure was painless and everything went as explained. Dr. Stolman explained everything she was doing during the process. The doctors were some of the best I have encountered. I never waited more than 10 minutes on follow up visits to be seen by the doctors. The staff was constantly involved and could answer any questions I had. The best part is the results were nothing short of astounding. Down time is about a week and a half, but the end result was well worth it. If you are considering having laser resurfacing, this is the facility I would have do the procedure. All of the lasers are the newest and most up to date in the west.

I am a horse trainer and former ski instructor, age 72, and got a lot of sun damage over the years. I did not wear sunscreen for ten years or more. I wanted to look younger, less tired and healthier.
