I am so glad to have met Mr Withey who pointed me in the right direction of what could be done with my under chin area that I disliked for years. He has a very personalised approach and takes into consideration all aspects of patient's well-being and readiness for surgery. I took some time to decide if I should go ahead and, under his expert guidance, did all the required steps to maximise the surgical outcome. I absolutely love the outcome of my surgery and am very grateful to Mr Withey for taking all his time and effort to support me in this important journey. He is very talented, friendly and kind. His patients are very lucky to have him as their surgeon, including myself!

I’m almost 3 months post-op and couldn’t have wished for better results. Mr. Withey is very thorough and honest about what the procedure entails, the recovery and the outcome. There’s no need for nerves as Mr Withey's calming presence and knowledge will soon put you at ease. He really is the top of his field and it shows. From consultation through to recovery, there isn’t one thing I can complain about. Mr. Withey’s expertise made the procedure and recovery feel like a breeze. The whole team involved are friendly and attentive, the night nurses in the hospital also deserve a shoutout - they were lovely. I’m so happy I can now go into the next phase of my life gynecomastia free and more confident in myself.

Mr Simon Withey, brilliant surgeon. In short, he has integrity - this modest gentleman is a perfectionist, he is compassionate and truly cares about what is right for you as an individual. My previous implants ( 560 cc round tectured) developed CC and needed to be replaced, one had plit but none of the gell had leaked out. I was dreading the procedure but it went so well. Mr Withey and his staff were brilliant. When I came round I had minimal pain and my new boobs looked great from the start. Its now over a month later and they have settled so well. Amazing. I love them. You can see from my photographs the results speak for themselves. I've posted a few from a few days after, 10 days after and a month later. The results are nothing short of perfect - he has even fixed my old scars too - minimal scarring is his forte. I reckon mine will fade to nothing in time. The new implants have a different shape to round ones, sort of tear drop, I really like the fullness up top ( under the muscle) but Mr Withey explained the risks of this sort moving versus the round ones.

I’m now on day 4 if you count op day as 1. This is my fourth breast procedure in 9 years as I am prone to cc. I opted for B-lite high profile round implants and although it is early days I’ve found the healing this time so much easier. Whether it is the B-lites or the surgeon’s skill I don’t know... as I say early days yet and I haven’t seen my scars - dreading that as I’ve never had the anchor scar before - so will update as the days pass. Reason for op apart from the quite bad cc, they looked very lopsided as one was tight and hard, painful and had raised up while the other one had ptosis, the flesh was sagging off the implant. First follow up appointment next Tuesday when I will get to see scars Updated on 9 Feb 2020: Pleased so far... Think two different nurses must have bandaged each one. Makes it difficult to see effect easily - roll on Tuesday first follow up! Pain still minimal on just paracetamol and ibuprofen. This surgeon suggested no surgical bra for first week so I haven’t had the really tight feeling overnight as the body swells. Slept almost lying completely flat last night ... will have to check if that’s ‘allowed’ - I’m assuming do what feels comfortable - anyone know? It’s hard to take in all the instructions when you’re still slightly anaesthetised. Updated on 12 Feb 2020: Wow I can already tell my scars are going to be fine. Had been so worried but I took a sneaky look - will attach a pic - only a week post surgery! Yeay! Aaargh couldn’t attach pic. Sorry will try again later don’t know how to shrink pics to below 7mb :-( Trust me the edges around the nipple are brilliant Updated on 18 Feb 2020: the right one is still a bit swollen but I’m confident it will settle! The healing has been great. I can shower now- hooray. Mr Withey has done a brilliant job. :-) If I need anything else done I will definitely go to him. Updated on 27 Feb 2020: Right one still looks a little bigger but hoping it’s still just swelling that needs to dissipate. Scars doing well - quite neat compared to some I’ve seen! Still get tired easily... but I am nearly 59 so I expect I’m slower to recover in that respect than last time when I was a mere 53 ;-) Updated on 2 Mar 2020: Still different sizes but there is still bruising in the right one so I’m hoping it’s just still a little more swollen than the left. Difficult job for the surgeon as I have almost no breast tissue in the left due to capsular contracture problems so to match them up is tricky- I have a 345cc implant in the left and 300cc in the right (the one that is currently bigger!!) ;-0 Updated on 8 Mar 2020: Still bruised on right and slightly bigger still .... :-/ but it’s still only 4 weeks so fingers crossed. Happy apart from that. Getting so fed up with not being able to go to the gym :-( got to write 200 characters so....

I could not be any happier with the complete service I have received from both Simon and Aleksandra. They were at hand to help with every query and worry I had. And the final result of my nose is more than I could have ever imagined. Simon knew exactly what was right for my face and I now feel confident to have photos taken from the side, in fact I want to show it off. Amazing!

Excellent experience! I had breast implants done last year. Top notch communication and a great job they look real!
