Mr Matti is a wonderful surgeon and while it can be very stressful if it’s your first procedure, Mr Matti is extremely experienced and you can trust his instinct even if the consultation seems brief. I had two consultations before deciding on the procedure. Mr Matti is extremely caring and even though he’s super busy and may seem rushed, you can trust him. He’s the best rhinoplasty surgeon in London.

I had my primary rhino in the Midlands however the result was an overcurved nose with a squarish tip. Hit 45 & felt very low due to many difficult tests in life. Decided to have a facelift and revision rhino with Mr. Matti. Best decision of my life!He took cartilage from the ear and filled the gap in my nose. He refined the tip. He also did a little fat transfer to my face and took that from my belly and under my chin. My result is amazing. Feel soo much better and confident...my nose profile is what I always wanted straight and perfect. He is a genius with his hands. People always thought I looked very young for my age but now I'm being told early 20s!! The good thing is it's not noticeable I have had anything done as I chose the time when my lower face had just started ageing. Brilliantly skilled gentleman who delivers what he promises.

I have had several surgeries in the past with Mr Matti with great results and so he was my first surgeon of choice. He had performed my breast augmentation in 2003 and after 17 years of implants (textured), I was keen to have them removed. The difficulty for me was the tough decision of whether to have my implants replaced or go without. I looked at different implant options, temporarily considered b-lites high profile to maintain my full and generous breast size (34DD/E), no implants with Galaflex mesh to act as an internal scaffolding and researched both options comprehensively. Even decided to have a 2nd opinion and consulted with Patrick Mallucci to help me decide what my best options were. I decided, on careful consideration to select Mr Matti as my surgeon and we both agreed on no implants or mesh as the healthiest option. Had surgery arranged within 3 weeks of my consultations and surgery took place on September 30th with an overnight stay at the Weymouth Street Clinic. I asked Mr Matti for additional procedures: Fat transfer to face and temple lift. So 8 days later stitches came out today from breasts, head (staples ...ouch!!) and small incision on stomach following lipo to harvest enough fat. Results are AMAZING. Oh my God, Mr Matti how can I thank you enough. You gave me just what I wanted...pert, perfect, natural breasts and you have exceeded all my hopes expectations. At 55 years old, my breasts look amazing and the result of a surgeon not only skilled and experienced in his crafy, but an artist too. Updated on 8 Oct 2019: Face looking great too just have residual bruising. Cheeks still a little swollen due to temporal lift and fat transfer but results are natural but sufficiently full to have added volume and rejuvenated me. Thrilled with results Updated on 8 Oct 2019: Love the new volume to my face and skin looking smooth around the eyes. Face shape improved too and not looking as long and gaunt. Eyes still bruised but fading and recovery has been quick and easy without complications Updated on 8 Oct 2019: Showing you some before and after photos. Really happy with the results of my fat transfer and temple lift. All crows feet have vanished and skin looking smooth, cheeks full but natural. They feel natural too. Updated on 18 Oct 2019: Was able to remove tape along the scars last night as I passed the two week mark so not using silicone gel strips. It?s early days in the healing process, breasts are still painful but it?s all been worth it for me.

Dr Matti is outstanding from the time of making the appointment to the consultation. He listened to what changes I wanted to do and he gave me the absolute best results and I couldn’t be any happier by far the best surgeon.

After two kids, breastfed, turning 40 and having naturally very low breasts, I feel my breasts were not reflecting who I am and the effort I put to have a healthy living body. I am a fitness coach and while toning and seeing results, my breasts were still dropping, empty and they are in the middle of my body. Not helping me. My motivation. My self confidence. Quite frustrating and annoying. In front of you. So do I have any other option to go to breast augmentation ? I am a natural person who tries to live a healthy, active life. How can I do that? Why would you hurt your body? My decision process went up and down... until I met a friend who did it. Her breasts looks incredible. So i decided to go to see her chirurgien with her. What I liked about Mr Matti above all is his attention to match your will, not pushing too big breasts. He understood my need to have a harmonious body with full healthy breasts again. Nothing big. We chose 270 cc. Average is 350. We put the implant under the pictorial muscles. I did it. I could still not believe it. It has been 8 weeks. The whole process was so smooth. So simple. The whole team at the hospital Cromwell hospital was amazing. The post operation was above my expectation: my body reacts so so well. I was feeling great and full of energy after 2 hours. No nausea. No real chest pain. My arms could move easily. I could walk the day after and train a week after - only lower body. With progression, i could go back to my normal training without no pain and discomfort. I have only a little tension on the left side. Timing wise, i could only do just at the end of my fitness season at the summer break as i needed to be back for the opening in September. Mr Matti was so convenient to help to do it at the right time. And here i am 8 weeks late, fully ready to start training my clients. This was also a great experience to have such a great recovery. The scarf looks amazing. But i healed very well so i was not worried about this. How I feel. Do I like them: they look better and better. They look so natural. No big rounded top. They are a bit on the side like normal breast. We were all surprised by their look. They are so right size. Not too big as it was not my aim. It wanted full healthy 85C breast. But after so many years with very small breasts and choosing my clothes to suit this, it is kind of difficult to see you different. I love me naked but it is a bit trickier with clothes. I need to re-invent myself. I have no no regret so far. It was so right decision. Now i need to get used to my new image.
