Explant and lift

Was able to remove tape along the scars last night as I passed the two week mark so not using silicone gel strips. It?s early days in the healing process, breasts are still painful but it?s all been worth it for me.

Looked at them this morning and still in awe of how Mr Matti created these perfectly pert and juicy breasts. He in an artist and sculpts as a hobby and what he has managed to create with mine is a work of art. I have the breasts I have dreamed about for years.

Wow they look amazing. Did you have fat transfer in your breasts? Did you have a lift? You must have a lot of natural breast tissue.

Wow they look fab, I’m researching breast implant removal. I not sure I need a lift but looking at yours I’m re thinking . This is such a hard decision at I’ve built such a fear going under I’m thinking just getting them out under local, but I’m scared of the empty droopy look. I still want to feel and look attractive. Not just for my hubby for myself too, it’s also great this surgeon is in uk,. As all the stories on here the surgeons seem to be i abroad.Happy healing you look fab :-)

Forgot to reply to your comment about local versus general anaesthetic. I did consider sedation too but as I had a lift and other procedures, was less traumatic to be put to sleep. Think being awake is more daunting

If you are UK based, I would consult with my PS as I don’t think any surgeon anywhere else could have done as beautiful a job. He is very skilled with breasts and mastopexy

Thanks so much. I know it’s a tough decision - I agonised over the options for 3 weeks and was driving myself nuts. Even on the morning of surgery I was undecided about implants and if so, which ones. Also whether to have mesh or not. In the end I decided for better or worse, to just avoid implants or anything unnatural and was willing to take another kind of risk - having small, deflated and unattractive breasts. I couldn’t have imagined they would look this nice and even if they decrease in size (i’m sure I still have swelling), I feel I made the right choice. The breast lift made all the difference and certainly worth the scars. Both breasts seem to be healing nicely and shape was more important to me than scaring.
Hope this helps you decide but ultimately, you need to
do what is right for you.

Thank you for your reply, can I ask a couple of questions. Did you get scare tissue removed ? How much is the implant removal and lift? I can’t even see your scares are they so faint, did you have the lift were they cut up and around the nipple ? Sorry or all the questions I’m wrecking my own head it going back and forth. I’m like you I’m not bothered about them being small, just don’t want spaniels ears haha . Thanks again I appreciate your words

Hi. I have my scars taped up so will wait a few days to remove tapes and photograph the wounds. Nipples were lifted and I have an anchor scar. I assume my surgeon removed scar tissue but did not ask him. Hope and assume this was removed. Presumably scar tissue had adhered to implants (after 17 years). The total cost including face fat transer with lipo to stomach and temple lift was £11,500

after photos showing fuller cheeks. Face doesn’t feel tight and skin feeling smooth and naturally pumped up. Mr Matti's nurse Yvonne is lovely and helped throughout. A huge thank you to her, Sharon and the whole Mr Matti team. So thrilled with my results

looks great, I am fascinated by this procedure. Do you know what is typical for the long term results for the fat to face transfer.
