Miles Berry, MS, FRCS (Plast)

I had a breast augmentation with Mr Berry 10 years ago. I was 21 and a AA cup. I'd had consultations with some surgeons working for the chain clinics who only spent like 10 minutes with me, said they were happy to put XL implants in and then sent me on my way. Feeling dissatisfied with those experiences, I researched board certified surgeons in my area and found Mr Berry. At the consultation, I immediately felt at ease with My Berry. He's kind, professional and most importantly, was clear on what was realistically achievable. He advised that whilst a larger implant size would fit, due to how little breast tissue i had, it would be too heavy for my body in the long run and I'd be needing a revision and life before i was 30. We went with 380cc gummy bear implants with under the muscle placement. The size was perfect for my frame and the result looked so natural. I am now 31 and they still look amazing and are still perky (i never wear bras). I recently had an ultrasound to check on them and they are still intact and perfectly in place. People still comment on how great they look and are shocked when i say they are implants - everyone just thinks I'm super lucky with naturally fantastic boobs! Couldn't recommend him enough!

I had my surgery roughly around 4-5 years ago with Mr Miles Berry. Overall, I am very happy with the results of my BA with him. They have improved drastically from 3 months after having the surgery and I love them even more. Initially I had concerns in regards to symmetry but after all the swelling went away and everything settled in, they have become very symmetrical now, almost perfect actually. I did not have any complications and healed perfectly well. I had anatomical implants placed as I wanted to look natural. Female friends and relatives say they cannot believe they are implants and that they are very proportional to my frame. All of my sensation also returned just after 3 weeks. If you want a surgeon who will listen to your expectations and one that wants the best for you, I would recommend Miles. I also felt that he is a surgeon that religiously follows the Hippocratic Oath which means that he will not do anything that could harm you.

Had breast implant removed, was quite successful. Hardly can see the scar, Was satisfied with the results. Also Mr Berry offered free consultation after operation which was very helpful. Recommend him.

I had a jowl lift as my jowls were folding over. My experience was painless and my level of care from Mr Berry and Cosmetic Surgery Partners was outstanding. When I visited Cosmetic Surgery Partners (CSP) at the prestigious London Welbeck HospitaI I received a very warm welcome from Julia the Clinic Manager. I was shown into Mr Berry's office where he immediately put me at ease with his easy demeanor and easy going conversation. I explained I was thinking about having a tummy tuck with liposuction to my flanks. Miles examined me and took photos and measurements. He then went on to discuss the procedure, covering all associated risks, recovery times and also what my expectations were ( which no other consultants I visited asked). Miles said I was a good candidate for TT and suggested Vaser Liposuction on the flanks as the procedure is less rigorous than traditional lipo making recovery a little easier. Miles suggested I have a good hard think about whether I still wanted to proceed and agreed that it was sensible to see other consultants. When I left the consultation I immediately felt that Miles was the surgeon for me, (as I said to my husband " I feel comfortable having the procedure tomorrow with Miles"), but felt I owed it to myself to visit other consultants, which I did. After being given the run around by one of them I decided to go back to Miles for a second consultation and it immediately confirmed my original opinion that Miles was the surgeon for me. He instilled confidence in me that he had all the skills required for the procedures, but also showed how much he cares about his patients. I had the procedure at the London Welbeck Hospital, which I cannot fault in any way. The nursing staff were very caring and attentive. Miles visited me before the procedure and after, when I was fully awake and also the next day when I was due to be discharged. The anesthetist, Dr Shepherd was brilliant too. She explained the general anesthetic in more depth than any others have explained to me. As I am prone to sickness after anesthetic, Dr Shepherd made sure that she would limit any sickness as best as she could. She too visited me after the operation and the next day to make sure I was ok. The results were immediately apparent after the operation and I am over the moon. I am 3 weeks post op now and the belly button is taking a little longer to heal, which is not unusual, and as you can see in the after photo there is the swelling, caused by fluids above the scar line. That will settle after several months. I have been back to CSP to see the lovely nurse Lindsey who has been looking after me so efficiently, removing dressings etc. and have also seen Miles twice since to make sure all is as it should be. I am so so happy with the results, and the scar is amazing, so neat and low down.

One of London's top surgeons. Updated on 9 Aug 2016: Just got back from meeting the Lovely lady Jane who will be taking care of me and putting me to sleep. I am so excited but worried which I'm sure is normal. I will post pictures of the post op drawings. Woooo I don't know weather to be happy or scared. This is the end of my weight loss journey. Updated on 12 Aug 2016: The past 3 days have been up and down. I had a great op and the surgeon is very happy. The team are so amazing. Currently checking out the hospital now. Looking forward to getting home. Will update ASAP. Tired and weak but happy I did it. XX Updated on 14 Aug 2016: Last night was hard for me. I was so weak and dizzy. Hot and cold. It was the worst I think. Today I feel better. I was able to sleep 7 hours. Praise the Lord. Today I feel much better but still very weak. Pain is manageable with paracetamol so that is good. Anyway pics to follow I do look so flat tho. I think it's coz I had 3 procedures in one sitting. Oh well the things can only get better and better. Updated on 14 Aug 2016: So yesterday was much easier and I have just woken up after 6 hours straight sleep. Yay!!! I am for sure on the way to recovery now. I didn't have any pain killers since 11 pm last night and the pain isn't there just a little swelling and discomfort. I must say coughing is a hard one!! Killer. Anyway all good and I'm a happier boy today for sure. Pics and more updates to come. ;-). X Updated on 15 Aug 2016: Today I have slept 8 hours and feel amazing. Lots of energy and able to wash and make food. Yay. Tomorrow I will have my bandages off so then I'll send the pics. Soo exited. No pain meds today. I am recovering extremely well and my scaring is not even that big. My breast is amazing they have just gone right back. Sooooo please. Thank you thank you thank you. Another update in 6 weeks haha. Updated on 17 Aug 2016: Unbelievable service and care. Miles and his team and the best. I had tummy tuck. Male breast reduction and vaser lipo to flanks. My recovery was easy and way less thank I thought. My scar is amazing and so thin. My pec's and so tight and I am only 5 days after. I can not wait for the final result. Having breast enlargement surgery was the best decision I have made and has improved my confidence. As soon I walked out of the consultation I knew Miles Berry was the one. My previous surgery with Dr Frati left my one implant flipped over with terrible scarring. Mr Berry made me feel completely at ease and the results were amazing, hardly notice the scars, they're neat and small, and my breasts are perfect. He recommended what was best for my body and age rather than going with whatever I said as long as he got paid (like many surgeons). I would completely recommend Mr Berry and wouldn't think twice about going back to him again.
