Face and Neck Lifts As we age, the skin in our face, neck, and jaw can lose elasticity, resulting in sagging skin that makes us look older than we actually are. Facelifts and neck lifts are some of the most popular procedures at my London practice. A facelift tightens the skin and underlying muscles, sometimes alongside the removal of excess fat, eliminating droopiness and rejuvenating the face. Typical facelift options include the traditional facelift or a mini facelift, but I also offer my signature TBT Facelift. With this technique, I collect the fat and use it to re-pad the cheeks, allowing the natural fullness of your younger face to be restored. I also provide neck lifts for patients looking to correct the loose skin in the neck area, as caused by factors like aging, sun damage, or weight loss. The procedure removes excess skin and fat as well as repairs the neck muscles. I can perform a neck lift as a standalone procedure or alongside a facelift.

Post-Pregnancy Procedures

Blepharoplasty, also known as an eyelid lift, is one of the most popular procedures I perform at my London practice. It’s an option for those with drooping eyelids, whether congenital or due to aging. The surgery involves a cut in the fold of the upper eyelid and removal of excess tissue to tighten the area, resulting in a refreshed and more youthful appearance. My signature technique, the TBT Eye Lift, allows my patients to “turn back time” with a natural-looking blepharoplasty. The method addresses both drooping eyelids and fat that protrudes from the orbital rim. While traditional blepharoplasty cuts through the membrane to remove the fat, my technique tightens the membrane and enables the fat to be forced back into the orbital rim. The retained fat strengthens the membrane to help avoid future herniation and the possibility of hollow, sunken eyes later on.
