I had the facelift about a year ago. I am very happy with the outcome. My mother-in-law who visited me post-surgery mentioned that I look very natural. I had consultations with three surgeons and Dr Kremer is the only who touched my face. One surgeon suggested fat transfer to increase the volume and take off some of the fat right under my lower lashes, when I asked Dr Kremer about this, he explained that the fat collected elsewhere from the body for the transfer will behave differently from the original facial fat, hence the outcome is not predictable. The other surgeon suggested the facelift I need from one of the three types of facelifts he offers, which is very confusing. The consultation with Dr Kremer was straightforward, he explained the procedures I need to solve my concerns, he pulled my face and neck up and pointed the locations for the insertion and closures and answered my questions to my satisfaction. Antoinette was very helpful during the whole journey, especially during my post-surgery recovery, she showed my husband how to remove the upper and lower blepharoplasty stitches on a video call on a Saturday. She answered all my other post-surgery questions quickly. I wish I had this done a few years ago as soon as after my menopause. The statistic shows that the collagen lose can reach up to 30% in the skin in the first 5 years after menopause, I only started to research the information about facelift when I was 56 and couldn’t bear to look at myself in the mirror anymore. Another bonus from the facelift is that my pigmentations on my face magically disappeared after the surgery. I have used laser treatment and whitening cream before but none of them has ever worked. My niece even asked me if I used any special skincare products when she visited me a few months after my surgery. I would recommend Dr Kremer for anyone who are considering the same surgery (facelift, neck lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty) It is 100% money well spent.

Dr Kremer, has exceptional clinical skills. His bed side manner and ethic of caring are to be commended. From the minute I met Dr Kramer, I knew I had found the right surgeon for me. Tentative and understanding of my concerns. Dr Kramer and his lovely colleague Antoinette put a great deal of time into allaying any fears I had, and going through in detail the best procedure for me at this moment in time to provide the most natural looking results. Antoinette organises everything to do with appointments through to blood tests beforehand and of course getting the surgery booked in. This is seamless. The surgery itself was not painful, but don't underestimate what you are about to have done! I opted for a lower face lift along with a neck lift. My recovery immediately afterwards was relatively easy and not particularly painful but uncomfortable. I did have a few little wobbles worrying about some lumps and bumps but Antoinette was always there for me and guided me through the recovery...A wonderfully calming and knowledgeable lady. Sleeping upright as much as possible is hard work but I will say that whilst Dr Kramer will deliver the best result that you will find, these results only fully show themselves if you put in the work on the recovery side. Rest for a good few days, Sleep upright for as long as you can (6 weeks for me) keep hydrated, don't rush the recover with lots of potions/creams and make-up. Don't rush on the exercise front either, it just puts pressure on the wounds that are heeling under the skin. I waited 8 weeks before going back to the gym but recommend lots of gentle walks. I can honestly say that this was the best thing I have ever done for myself. I look 100% natural and I only have the absolute tiniest scar under my chin which no one has ever noticed...and I am only six months in. I did lots of research before booking in for this surgery and indeed I visited 4 different surgeons. One was cheaper then Dr Kramer's Fee, two were more expensive and one was at the same level. For me I just knew that I had found someone who was actually really was excited to deliver what I wanted. Dr Kremer clearly loves what he does and it truly shows in the results. Worth ever penny...much more to be fair! I'm not sure you can put a price tag on his craftmanship.
