I couldn't be happier with my experience. My nose looks incredible, and the confidence boost it has given me has honestly been life-changing. I feel fantastic, more like myself, comfortable in my own skin again and genuinely happy again. From start to finish, the care was outstanding. Recovery was smooth, I had regular check-ups, and it was always easy to get in contact with the team for any concern or question. Every step made me feel safe, supported and completely at ease. The staff were kind, professional and lovely throughout, both at Dr Karoo's clinic and the hospital staff. The work itself is impeccable. The results have exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Mr Karoo. I was put at ease in my initial consultation for Blephoraplasty and he explained thoroughly the procedure, risks, recovery and results. I never once felt rushed with my decision and the surgery was straight forward. I couldn’t be happier with my results and the service I had, I only wish I booked in sooner. My experience from start to finish was amazing. I had a difficult journey to get my end result due to the results of my mammogram. I needed to have extra tests to make sure that there was nothing wrong that would result me in not being able to have my surgery. This resulted in thorough support, jumping through hoops, dotting i’s and crossing t’s before I was able to have my surgery. I sent so many emails to Mr Karoo’s team with questions and queries and I always got a response. I feel so much happier to have jumped through hoops to get my surgery as it proved to me that Mr Karoo and his team went that extra mile before I was allowed to be able to go through with my surgery. From my admission for my surgery, before my surgery, after my surgery and the appointments that followed. I feel the care was amazing. I am 7 weeks post op and have healed exceptionally well. “From my personal experience” I had a rhinoplasty & breast augmentation with dr Richard Karoo this year around 7 weeks ago, from start to finish I cannot fault a thing, from the moment I had my first consultation the whole experience was so easy and well planned out, I was made to feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process, it was very well explained to me and pricing was great also. If I did have any questions or queries I could email or phone & Richard’s team who got back to me within the hour, the results have changed my life, the physical & mental changes in me have made me question when I didn’t do it sooner! I’m over 5 months post op and I couldn’t be happier. I’m 27 and have dealt with extremely large and heavy breasts for a very long time being a 34JJ. Dr Karoo made me aware of my higher risks on my first consultation and was empathetic to how much of a struggle it’s been. But was reassuring he was there to help me. Since my op, I’ve managed to lose weight as I can exercise more, I can breathe so much better even sitting down and no longer suffer with rashes or sweating underneath. This has truly changed my life and I couldn’t recommend Dr Karoo enough. The healing has been amazing. His secretaries have been so quick to respond to any questions I’ve had and are so lovely.
