5 out of 5 stars Breast Augmentation
Dr Nishikawa's professional and friendly manner, knowledge and experience are the attributes that gave me confidence and trust in him. The surgery was preformed using local anaesthetic and sedation. I was able to go home the same day. The surgery team and the staff at The Westbourne Centre were all caring and friendly. Highly recommended.
5 out of 5 stars Rhinoplasty
I am very happy with the result of my septorhinoplasty performed by Mr Nishikawa. He is a very talented surgeon and the result is completely what I wanted.
5 out of 5 stars Breast Implants
My experience in undergoing breast augmentation with Mr Nishikawa at The Westbourne Centre has been nothing but positive. I was initially attracted by the prospect of not having to have a general anaesthetic. I had to have one for a Rhinoplasty a few years back (under a different surgeon). It left me sick as a dog and not something that I wanted to experience again unless absolutely...
1 out of 5 stars Rhinoplasty
I had a rhinoplasty with Mr Nishikawa about a year ago. At first i was pleased with the result. Athough there was a lot of swelling, Mr Nishikawa ensured me it would be perfect once it subsided. Fast forward 8 months and my nose was asymmetrical (wasn't before the surgery) which I could have lived with have been left with difficulty breathing through my left nostril which has mentally and...
5 out of 5 stars Breast Augmentation
I had researched the possibility of having breast implants with local anaesthetic for a couple of years after breastfeeding 2 children and losing the majority of breast volume. By the time I eventually made an appointment I was very keen to go ahead with the surgery and I appreciated the way in which Mr Nishikawa countered my enthusiasm in his calm manner by telling me not to rush into it and...
5 out of 5 stars Revision Rhinoplasty
Dr Nishikawa was one of the most pleasant people i have met. He took me through a journey from a very bad rhinoplasty to a perfect revision rhinoplasty plus septoplaty. On meeting Dr Nishikawa i thought there was very little chance that my nose would ever have some resemblance of my own nose after three traumas plus a very failed rhinoplasty. Dr Nishikawa was so profesional in his approach. He discussed the opperation he would perform on me and made me feel confident that he was the man for the job. I couldnt believe the results of the opperation. The outcome is much much more than i could have hoped. I am so pleased i have to say he is my hero.
5 out of 5 stars Breast Reduction
Lovely understanding gentleman listened and explained fully to me what he would do. The staff are brilliant introducing themselves to me. And a state of a art clinic very clean felt totally relaxed
I found the staff and Dr to be very personable, making me feel at ease at my consultation.
1 out of 5 stars Ear Surgery
Mr Nishikawa does seem like a genuinely nice guy however he clearly is not competent in the field of otoplasty. I think if he had acknowledged he had overfolded and distorted the anthelix in my left ear i would have had more respect for him however it seems him and many other surgeons do not want to admit when they have clearly made a mistake.

Brilliant experience. The surgeon and staff were all amazing. They made me feel so at ease.

Local anaesthetic and sedation is now a well-established method for providing safe and stable conditions for many forms of surgery. The technique requires close co-operation between the surgeon and the anaesthetist and involves the infiltration of a local anaesthesia into the operative field or around the nerves supplying the area in conjunction with sedative and powerful painkilling drugs. This allows pain-free surgery, patient comfort, safety and rapid recovery. The level of...
