My experience with this clinic was great. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Everything was communicated in person and on WhatsApp by several people so I do not forget anything in the process. They guided me well throughout the whole process, from the booking, to the flights, to the shuttle, to the hotel and procedure. The people doing the procedure were careful and attended to my needs. The only pain I felt is from the local anesthesia shots. My only advice would be that the people doing the procedure be more communicative on what they were exactly doing and what is next. Other than I had a pleasant experience.

Coordinating everything, price time and date all came about pretty easily. Getting checked in was easy. Day of was great meeting Dr was quick and bit overwhelming but explained after as all my questions were answered. I felt comfortable and safe the whole time. All of it was thorough. As procedure began they asked what music I liked and played it throughout. During and after everything went well and better than expected. Very happy with the result so far. Highly recommended.

We went for a hair transplant and we had a great experience. They were very good at communicating the process with us and what to expect. The accommodations were also amazing and having the clinic in the same building truly made the difference. The first day on arrival they messaged us giving us the schedule for the next morning. The day of from the moment we walked in it was welcoming. The last day they thoroughly walked through the aftercare allowing us to feel confident before heading back to the states

The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I fully understood the procedure, how it works, and what to expect at every stage. This really helped ease any concerns I had going into the process. The management and the entire team were outstanding they walked me through everything step-by-step and made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the journey. Their organization and communication made a huge difference. They have team member that speaks English too! So language barrier takes the ease off your worries. Overall, the professionalism, care, and attention to detail made this a great experience, and I felt well taken care of every step of the way.

I got quoted a lot more money in East Ib this company done the price like a quote of the price what I’ve got quoted and they’ve done more graft and it was so professional even the guy who looked like Tom Cruise it was very helpful.

I had my operation yesterday and I am pleasantly surprised. I was very nerveus, but they calmed me and I didn’t feel anything from the procedure. Also the day after I have close to no swelling and I don’t experience any discomfort, maybe just a little headache. Also very Nice that the hotel and Clinic is at the same location. The staff is very caring and they exceeded my expectations and put more grafts then I expected in a spot where it’s a bit balding. To summarize: I recommend this Clinic to everyone and also recommended it to my Family already.
