Wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend the clinic to every close friend and relative. The journey from the initial enquiry was taken care by professional team answering all my questions to the day of the transplantation where I was very comfortable and all my fears were gone. Happy to have done my operation at Hair Neva.

Everything was good, doctors worked to accommodate. Only issue really was with being told to come At a a certain time and wait a bit. But overall would recommend to future patients. Looking forward to touching back in 6 months.

Dès mon arrivée, tout était bien organisé : transfert depuis l’aéroport, hôtel confortable et personnel très professionnel. L’équipe médicale a pris le temps d’expliquer chaque étape, ce qui m’a rassuré avant l’intervention. L’opération s’est déroulée sous anesthésie locale. Honnêtement, les injections sont la partie la moins agréable, mais ensuite la procédure est indolore. L’équipe était attentive et veillait à mon confort tout au long de la séance, très sympathique , très accueillant et bienveillante.

My experience was at Dr. Go’s clinic was fantastic. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. It helped that they have translators on site to avoid any language barriers or miscommunication. Coming from America the pick up from the airport to the lodging that is conveniently located next to the clinic were a big plus.

Their friendly attitude, great energy, and sense of humor really added something extra and made the whole visit both fun and memorable. My experience with this clinic has been amazing from the start of the journey. They have accommodated all of our needs. The surgery went smoothly and they have multiple people who are around to help and answer any of your questions . They even send you instrucions thorough message and PDF if you're not sure about something they said. I would highly recommend this clinic for any of your procedures that they have available.

I came from Canada for my hair transplant at Dr. Go (hairneva) and the experience i had was excellent, staff was very friendly and polite. This is my second time coming to Dr. GO’s clinic, and if it were even possible, I am even more happy this time than the last. The clinic is incredibly nice (much nicer than those I’ve seen at home in the USA) and very clean. The staff are friendly and clearly very good at their job. They make every accommodation to ensure you feel comfortable. I cannot recommend this clinic enough.
