The medical team was professional and supportive throughout the process, and they paid great attention to my comfort. The DHI technique was smoother than I expected, with only minimal discomfort. After the procedure, I was given clear aftercare instructions and felt well taken care of. So far, my experience has been very positive, and I’m looking forward to seeing the results over time. Great clinic, it’s in the same building as the accommodation which is very convenient. The staff look after you from the minute you walk in in a very well structured format until the end of your surgery. Highly recommended.

The communication we had was great. I loved how it was all organized and our stay was in the same building as the clinic which made easier for us. The surrounding area was safe and peaceful with a market next door and a Starbucks on the other side. Overall experience was great and our hotel room was great.

Me and my brother to make sure there were no issues during his procedure. I didn’t need to the because the team was so thorough and helpful that I had no worries leaving him in their care! The doctors and staff all speak multiple languages and are very kind and welcoming! I had an amazing time at hair Neva . Excellent staff and Welcoming . Fully explained what the procedure was and also answered all my relevant questions. Went through all the process after the surgery and gave us shampoo that need to be used for the next couple of months.
