I had a great experience at Hairneva Clinic. The staff were incredibly pleasant, attentive, and informative from start to finish. I came in with a balding crown, and they did an excellent job addressing it while also creating the natural hairline I desired. the procedure itself went smoothly and I felt well taken care of throughout. I’m very happy with the experience so far and would definitely recommend Hairneva Clinic.

I had an excellent experience with this hair transplant clinic. The team was professional, informative, and made me feel comfortable from start to finishand the staff were attentive throughout the procedure. The clinic was clean, modern, and very well-organised. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

My experience with Dr. GO was amazing. All of his staff were very nice and welcoming to me. I could tell right away that they actually care about their patients as people and not just a number. I flew 14 hours to get to his office, walked in pretty nervous and only speak English, but ended up feeling right at home. My procedure actually lasted an hour past closing time and multiple workers stayed late, didn’t rush anything to go home early, and made sure everything was perfect before they left. I never once felt like a nuisance. Unfortunately, that is not something I am used to in America. We don’t often feel like doctors or nurses actually care about us just their bottom lines. I would recommend Dr. GO for his talent, experience , and for the wonderful staff with good hearts. If it’s not Dr. GO - then it’s Dr. Stop -don’t do it!

Très bonne expérience au sein de la clinique HairNeva. Tout d’abord, très belle clinique, propre avec un personnel souriant. Dès mon accueil, l’équipe était aux petits soins. Tout s’est très bien déroulé durant l’intervention ! L’équipe médicale est très minutieuse et compétente. Les soins post-opératoire m’ont bien été expliqué par la traductrice, avec une documentation fourni en français pour faciliter ma compréhension ! Je suis vraiment satisfait de cette prise en charge globale ! Je recommande à 100% cette clinique à ceux qui souhaite faire une transplantation capillaire !

My experience with Hairneva has been great. Their communication from the start when I reached them from Australia was top-notch. Everything was explained over a video call and then sent as information that included every little detail, like where I would be staying and how the whole procedure would take place. A friendly team welcomed me into the clinic, and every single question was answered. Post-procedure care was explained very well, and a dedicated staff member was allocated to me to stay in touch in case I needed help in the future. I would recommend them 10/10.
