Had a DHI hair transplant recently and I’m genuinely impressed with the experience from start to finish. From the first consultation, the team was clear about expectations, hairline, etc. No pressure, just straightforward guidance. The day of the procedure was long but smooth. The staff were organized, professional, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They explained each step, checked on me constantly, and kept everything very clean and sterile. The doctor/team took their time designing the hairline and paid attention to the small details, which mattered a lot to me. Aftercare has been excellent. They gave me clear instructions, medications, and and they’ve been responsive whenever I had a question. I’m still early in the process, but everything so far feels exactly like what they told me to expect. If you’re considering DHI and want a clinic that’s professional, honest, and detail-oriented, I’d absolutely recommend them.

Had a wonderful experience at Guncel Ozturk’s clinic. From the very first call, the staff was super comforting , professional, and reassuring. They provided a clear, comprehensive plan from arrival at the clinic through the procedure and thorough aftercare. The clinic was also very clean. Traveling across the world for treatment was something scary for me, but their attention, organization, and support at every step made the entire experience feel seamless.

Positive experience overall, staff was very helpful and kind every step of the way. The location next to the hotel with transportation arranged for us was also very convenient and made the overall experience a lot stressful.

The overall service is very excellent, from the beginning to very end. I got vip transportation from airport to hotel and hotel was awesome too . The medical team is very supportive they always checking with you during the operation. I love the staff how they take care of their patients. From my opinion, Hair Neva is one of the best place if somebody planning for hair transplant.

From the airport to the clinic, it was all the seemless. The clinic prepares the vehicle for you, and there is minimal to no waiting once you arrive at the airport. You are shown your comfy hotel room right next door to the clinic. Once i got to the Clinic and my procedure began everything went smoothly. Ive heard horror stories about how painful the anesthesia process could be. But Nazli was so wonderful, i didn't feel any form of pain. She made sure that i was as comfortable as possible. Once the anesthesia kicked in, the whole procedure went by as smooth as possible. After the procedure is finished, I had a final consultation with Omar, where he addressed any and all concerns I had which made me feel great. I would recommend this clinic to everyone that feels like they need a transplant!

The doctor and entire staff are amazing! I was worried about going to Istanbul from America but everything was perfect! After the anesthesia is administered there is no pain. The after care is throughly and professionally done, they took such good care of me. The procedure was done in the same hotel so it is very convenient and also has a grocery store and Turkish restaurant and Starbucks nearby. I am so happy with the results already and it has only been four months.

My experience with this doctor was overall good. I had 4500 grafts taken and implanted in. Procedure was painful and lengthy but worth it. Doctors were very nice and kind. Staff were very accommodating as well
