Very Professional Experience

I found the whole experience to be extremely professional. The clinic is located in the same building as the Marriott hotel. This fact alone shows that this is a long-standing business, and is the main reason why I chose this clinic. The staff works very efficiently, and conducts themselves professionally, starting with the front desk staff, the nurses, and Dr. Ozturk himself. While the entire operation is efficient, I never felt like they were rushing, or overwhelmed with patients. They regularly asked how I was doing, gave me medication to calm my nerves, or tea, while filling out paperwork. The clinic is very clean, and everyone follows proper protocol when dealing with blood draws and the sterilization of instruments. I can’t imagine how they could improve the clinic. A hair transplant takes many hours. There are no shortcuts to inserting individual hair follicles. In my case, they recommended splitting the procedure over two days to make it easier for me and the technicians. In short, I would recommend this clinic wholeheartedly.
