From my very first contact with Laura Florentina, to the transfers, the hotel, and all the care I received at the clinic — receptionists, translators, support staff, photographers, and doctors — I can only express my absolute gratitude. Friendly doctor, friendly team, results speak for themselves. Very happy with the procedure, and the organisation of the trip. Full credit to all of the medical and admin staff. They went above and beyond, and even detected a previously unknown medical condition and wheeled me to the local hospital for further review that very same day. Outstanding. The only thing that I would respectfully submit could be improved is the sales philosophy. Prepare to be hounded for reviews and further purchases.

I’m 17 days post–hair transplant and overall very happy so far. All scabs have fallen off, mild redness remains, but healing is steady. No major pain, just slight sensitivity. I know results take months, but the progress so far makes me feel optimistic and confident.

Very good experience with DR Cinik. The whole thing was an easy and painless process. Great thing about it was I didn’t have the injections which everyone says are awful pain in the back of your head. I had a Sedative which made me feel no pain and relaxed for the whole procedure. The after care has been very good and I have been impressed with the overall result.

Opération DHI (4500 greffons) réalisée il y 9 mois. Suivi très efficace. Aucune mauvaise surprise sur la repousse. Saw Palmetto + Biotine + Lonoten (Minox oral) 5mg avec suivi cardiologue (ECG, tension, echo). Aucun autre traitement (Pas de PRP, LED, lotion, mésothérapie...). Le dessus reste clairsemé, mais de face, plus de signe de calvitie. Les cheveux frisent un peu alors que j'ai les cheveux raides et sont épais (crin de cheval). Le vertex n'a pas pu être implanté par manque de greffons en une opération, la deuxième sera nécessaire pour compléter. Très satisfait de Dr Cinik Hospital, je recommande toujours.

Amazing process so far. The individual I messaged first to book my hair transplant was very responsive even after the transplant. The pickup from the airport was very smooth even with the flight being delayed several hours. Dr. Cinik is very professional and welcoming. Even gave me additional time to FaceTime my wife and talk to her with dr. Cinik. The team that worked on my hair was amazing, very kind and understanding. Allowed me to take a few bathroom breaks and continued on very professionally. The after care team has also been responsive and self monitoring my progress so far. Great experience highly recommended.
