My experience was very good. Very nervous when I arrived but was soon put at ease .very professional experience and felt very comfortable as soon as I see how staff took care of clients and how the clinic operated

The whole staff was very helpful and flexible to listen and answer any questions. All staff looked professional and know what they are doing. Of If I have to mention concerns for them to excel and grow, it will be 1- the language barrier, to try to solve it with more translators maybe. And 2- for 1st time patients like me, we need more assurance, more details, more dos and don’ts as I was somehow lost sometimes. Yet, we have the post op team who are of good help which is a must have for such operations.

Overall, experince was good. Having more translators in the clinic would help a lot. The aftercare post response is great and the business manager was really helpful throughout the process and they allowed us additional hair wash when walking in Waiting for the Results each quarter to be able to judge

Making contact and planning in advance via WhatsApp and a personal advisor was very easy and well organized. I was picked up at the airport, taken directly to the clinic and was able to be examined after a short wait. I was then taken directly to the hotel that had been reserved for me. The surgical procedure on the following day seemed very speedy and professional to me. The aftercare on the day after the operation was also very good. I had previously a hair transplant at another clinic and can say with certainty that I would prefer Dr. Cinik's clinic. I am a very satisfied customer.
