I found the service to be totally professional from my pick up at the airport and onwards. The after care was what surprised me as thought that would be operation then gone. I am from Glasgow in Scotland and they obviously have interpreters but still hard to understand my rough glaswegian accent but it was fun trying to teach them scottish and they were amazing with that. Would highly recommend them and I am 9 months in and everyone is mentioning how good it looks and still time to go.

Today, I share my one year results and I am so pleased with the transformation. Everything about the experiences, process and results is fantastic. I have followed the protocol advice including washing products, serum, massaging, vitamins, red light and even follow up with several PRF treatments.

My overall experience was very positive, and I would certainly recommend Dr. Cinik’s clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant. Should I require a second procedure in the future, I would not hesitate to return to the same clinic. The team was professional, attentive, and conducted the process with care throughout. However, I consider it appropriate to highlight a few negative aspects. Firstly, the procedure did not take place in the clinic’s main building (it appears there are three locations in Istanbul), which had not been communicated to me in advance. Secondly, although I dozed off at times during the operation, I have the impression that Dr. Cinik did not enter the operating room to supervise the team, unlike what has been reported by other patients in online forums. Finally, on the day following the procedure, I arrived late for the transfer due to a miscommunication, which caused a delay both for myself and for other patients staying at the same hotel. In summary, I had been informed the previous evening that the transfer would depart at 11:00. As this seemed rather late, I requested confirmation but did not receive a reply. In fact, the transfer was scheduled for 09:00, at which time I was still having breakfast. I prepared myself within fifteen minutes and nevertheless managed to catch the transfer. Overall, my experience was very positive; however, there remain certain aspects of organisation and communication that could be improved.

I hesitated for a long time, but finally decided to have a hair transplant with Dr. Cinik. I am incredibly happy with the results! The procedure was comfortable, and the doctors are true professionals. Hope in 6-8 months, my hair started growing rapidly, and in, a year later, I've even forgotten I was ever bald.
