Dr. Veerawat Tirananmongkol gave me a breast implant revision with breast lift and removal of constricted capsules. It was a complex surgery and the results, to me, clearly show that God works through the hands of this man. Even if you live in America, it's worth it to be willing to fly to Bangkok and pay US prices to get in front of this man. I truly believe he is one of the best in the world (and I have studied the work of many great surgeons from Beverly Hills, California to Saint Petersburg, Russia). Dr. V is truly the very best.

I just wanted to share my experience with Dr Veerawat and breast augmentation as I know when doing my research I would have loved to have read more results! I honestly couldn't be happier with my results! I am 36yrs old with two children. I have always had small boobs but after breastfeeding they were even smaller and lacking ANY volume. I decided to start researching into boob jobs in Thailand as we live in Bali and Thailand is a short flight away, and I'd heard it is much cheaper. I had doubts about the hospitals and whole process but I honestly was blown away from start to finish. The hospital in Bangkok was extremely clean and had very professional staff. I had 245cc Motiva Ergonomix implants taking me from an A to a C. They look incredibly natural and fit my frame perfectly. Dr Veerawat did such an amazing job and I highly recommend choosing him as your surgeon! You will be in very safe and capable hands.

Dr Veerawat is definitely skilled in the breast region. Have no worries. He knows exactly what he's doing.
I went through Cosmedi Tour and they chose him as my surgeon, I’m so glad they did.

I went from DD (quite saggy) to now a perky C. Love the nipple placement as well.
My incisions are so small and he did such a great job because the scars are very thin lines, i got the anchor scar.

He tells you exactly how it is, what you can achieve and what you can’t and is very straightforward.
Very nice man and his English is excellent.
Definitely have him as your surgeon!!

I had breast augmentation wit Dr V through Cosmeditour.

Dr V was warm and reassuring. He explained everything thoroughly and was happy to answer any questions I had. He noticed I had a lot of muscle so we discussed if I worked out alot. I told him I'm a bodybuilder so he explained to me the benefits of over the muscle vs dual plane.

He is so sweet and lovely. I'm so glad I chose him as my surgeon.

I had 320cc motiva Ergonomix Round Demi, subfascial placement. I'm so happy with the results. I'm only 14 days post op and they already look awesome.

Hi everyone, I read many good reviews about Dr Veerawat and truly wanted him to perform the breast implants surgery on me.
I have always wanted bigger breast but during the covid pandemic I was impatient. In January 2022, I chose to get breast fillers in Malaysia. Social media constantly promote breast fillers as a cheap and safer alternative. The nurse in Malaysia told me she is injecting hyaluronic acid/collagen HLA fillers injection.
I arrived for my appointment with Dr Veerawat in Phuket on 17 September 2022 and told him about the fillers in my breast.. Upon cutting me open he saw that the filler substance did not look like hyaluronic acid/ collagen HLA fillers. Instead it looked like an oily clear substance which was ingrained in my breast tissue. Removing it will be like trying to remove salt from sand. The only way to remove it was to remove all my breast tissue, a very aggressive surgery. He was worried on the long term effects of this unknown substance and how it might react with the implant. He made the decision to sew me back up without placing the implants.
Dr Veerawat is a very good doctor, he chose my safety instead of money. He chose not to do it after thinking about the side effects and refunded my money. In the end I only paid for the operating room and medication etc that I already used. He even refunded his consultation cost. I'm sad that my surgery was not successful but I am truly grateful and thankful I met Dr Veerawat who cares more about a patients safety than money. He truly is a responsible and ethical doctor. He told me next time when these unknown substance is no longer in my body I am welcome to come back for the breast implant surgery. I will be going back to Malaysia to have a proper test on what exactly is in my body and remove it. I plan to come back and see Dr Veerawat again for this breast implant surgery for sure and hope next time it will be a success story.
To everyone out there, stay away from breast fillers, just get implants or fat transfers from a good doctor ethical doctor who will tell you the truth and want the best for you. I made the mistake of getting these breast fillers and hope nobody else makes the same mistakes. I hope the next time I post something here it will be about my successful breast implant story with Dr Veerawat. Thank you.

I have 2 children 10 & 22 and I felt it was time for a breast lift with implant. I have always hated my breasts and it has affected my self confidence immensely.
I finally had the money and the time and I booked with Dr V after extensive research.
I was a bit hesitant to transfer money to a random person I hadn’t met before but Dr V made me feel at ease and you can always go through PPSI direct. I connect with Dr V from his website and he answered all my questions and was able to give me answers and results based on my body shape.
I didn’t want large breasts (been there done that)
I wanted what they were originally before kids.
It’s now day 7, I am flying home a couple of days early to see my child.
Dr V has advised against this but I feel safe in that I will not be lifting heavy luggage as I didn’t bring much with me and I will take pain killers for the 7 hour flight and get up and walk regularly.
I came to Thailand on my own.
Hospital stay was nice and clean, I was in there for two nights.
And have stayed in a hotel for 5 days on complete rest with healthy foods to help the healing process.
I haven’t had much pain in my breasts, strangely they just feel like they are filling with milk like when I was breastfeeding ha!
I also had liposuction on my stomach and inner thighs. That has been the most painful part of the whole process!
Highly recommend. I will be back next year for a couple of other surgical procedures and I will not see anyone except Dr Veerawat.

The girls are ultra sensitive but not painful, I have started sleeping on my side and getting much more comfortable with them. They still need to drop so the nipples will rise and point up a bit more.
Def getting softer every day. Tried on my first bikin the other day - it was ALL worth it.
Been back at work and no dramas as long as I didn’t lift my arms to high or carry objects.
A few nerve zings as they start joining back up together. This is normal. The scars under arms can be a bit sore but I am using silicone scar strips (as seen in photo)
The Lipo is still tender, I have lost 10cm around my waist and am in love with the results thus far! It’s made me so much more committed to my health and fitness routine. Haven’t seen much change in leg Lipo section though. But it can take up to 3 months for swelling to subside.
Highly recommend but still painful! And I’m getting tired of wearing compression garment but I will continue for another 2 weeks

So, having had 2 children whom I breastfed for 1.5 years each, almost 9 years later, my little boobs were even smaller, flat and I really didn't feel good about them.

( another thing I learned is that we spent so much time trying to decide on round vs pearshaped, saline vs silicone, the muscle under or over ... but it turns out, Dr. Veerawat will measure your boob size, nipple distance, etc, and according to that, he will tell which shape would get you the best results according to your natural shape, as you need the nipples to be in the middle) 

I had uneven flat boobs, now I have amazing looking natural boobies! Finally! 

I literally had no pain at all after surgery, just felt the pressure of the weight on the chest which is normal. So I didn't need even painkillers from day 1postop, just took antibiotics, I stayed 1 night in a spacious beautiful private suite at PPSI ( all included in the package), the nurses were so friendly and I felt so comfortable being there.

They then booked a taxi for me to return home the next day, and also a taxi for my 1week Post-op check-up. 

Today 1week post-op, they removed my stitches which I could not even feel, they came out so clean and neat. My next appointment will be at 1month post-op. 

I never took the time to write a review on anything except hotels maybe, but this review I really wanted to share with you ladies.

I was apprehensive about the surgery but always wanted to do it, I just wanted to be reassured all will be fine... but had I known such an amazing doctor existed, that I would feel no pain afterward, that the entire team at PPSI is so friendly and welcoming, and that the result would look this good, I would have done this earlier!

Hi ladies , this site has helped so much so I'm going to share my story all in one post
I'm 9 days post op & ecstatic , after seriously despising my breasts for 15 years I finally got them fixed
I never wanted the perfect boobs I just wanted mine to be the best they could be
31 no kids 85 kgs 167 cm I'm a little heavier then usual but came down from 98 kg I carry it all in my bum :)
I was happy to get them done ASAP
I went to Sydney for a consult with A well known surgeon and after paying $500 I got 10 minutes with him and basically was told I need a lift and then six months later implants and without private health was gonna cost me upwards of $30,000
I was devastated until I heard about Cosmedi Tour in Thailand and I started looking into it and my dream became reality

outstanding Hospitals extremely clean and you are so so well looked after , my surgeon was Dr Veerawat and he has changed my life , I've taken tons of pictures they still need to settle there a little bit different sizing still as he did a slight reduction of one but they were never gonna be absolutely perfect Going home in a few days and I'm confident and happy I can't wait to see them change I love them now but just to know that I finally have normal looking boobs is really exciting . He went over the muscle because I had sufficient breast tissue and it really does help with the tuberous shape this experience has been really amazing I've met some great people I've never once felt alone and the only scary part was putting yourself out there and taking the chance to change , waking up from surgery you feel like tightness but I was never really in pain I only took the painkillers for four days and I finish my course of antibiotics and I was fine after that I've seen the stitching ( was removed after 7 days ) and they are definitely tidy and to be honest scarring never worried me I was just desperate for normal shape boobs , hope this review helps anyone who is in the same position x

I had researched Dr V, he has positive feedback and strong credentials. Dr V performed a breast reduction Nov 5 2019. He was generous with time, understanding and experienced.
Week here post op, scars look great, boobs even. No infections. So far so good. Meeting with local Gp tomorrow

Hi everyone!
Just had my BA 12 hours ago with Dr Veerawat at Samitivej Chinatown Hospital in Bangkok. We chose teardrop 375 cc for both sides even though I have slight asymmetry. Was placed under and over the muscle through breast fold incision. Dr V created a lower breast fold on my left side to even it out. Dr V said I'll be a D-DD which is what I wanted. Dr V is so professional and gentle. Felt 120% assurance.
I went through CosmediTour and the whole journey has been so smooth - would highly recommend.
All the nurses in Bangkok are so friendly and genuinely caring too.. I'll miss them!
Right now I still have my drains in. They'll be removed today. I'm still bandaged up so haven't seen my new boobies yet!
Pain wise, I was expecting a lot worst. Lucky for me, I don't have any shooting pains, nausea, dizziness and did not vomit. My chest only feels pain and tightness if I move or cough.
During procedure, all I remember was the nurse asking if I'm excited or nervous and I said a little nervous more excited and next thing I woke up in recovery room done!
I'll keep updating as much as I can. I probably missed a lot of details so feel free to ask me anything and I'll try to answer. Everyone on RS has helped me with my research and I hope I can do the same for anyone interested!

I love how they look already! Can't wait for them to drop and fluff. They are very hard now. My right breast and nipple still has sensation but I cannot feel anything on my left breast. Dr V asked me to keep wearing this black tube for now and to push my breasts together so I won't have too much side breasts as that will cause my nipples to be positioned too inwards. I was given the green light to shower already but I decided to only wash my lower body and wipe my top with wipes to be extra careful with incisions. I can already get in/out of bed slowly by myself. I can walk around myself. Dr V visited me in my hospital ward today and removed the drains. Wasn't painful. I have transferred from the hospital to AETAS hotel. :)

My RS review seems to be not working properly. I can't see my previous updates and comments and pictures don't enlarge when I click them. Not sure if this update will post.
Not in too much pain throughout the day. It's most painful in the morning and tight in the chest but barable. Haven't had to take any pain killers or sleeping pills. I've been walking around the malls and doing light shopping but my CosmediTour client manager does not recommend going out for the first 5 days. Been on time with medication. Loving how they look every day! My right incision was uncomfortable for a bit but nothing extreme. Nurse visits my room daily and says everything looks good. My post op appointment with Dr V is on the 22nd.

I'm back home in Canada now! I had my post op appointment on Feb 22 and Dr V said they're healing very well and will be very natural looking. He said he created more side breast so when I lay down, they'll drop to the sides like natural breasts and when standing straight, they'll go back to the center for cleavage. Stitches removed and new bandaids put on. After 1 week I can remove them and start using scar and stretch mark cream. I can also wear sports bra after one week, for 3 months until regular bras (yay!). I can start exercising in 2 months.
He showed me how to massage, just very gentle massage pushing down four sides of each breast, 10 sets a day for 3 months.
I was having boob greed these past few days and thought I should have gotten bigger size however Dr V said with my height (5ft) and wide body shape, I will look top heavy if I got bigger so this size suits my body. I do agree as well and I know they'll look fluffier and better once they D + F so I just gotta be patient!! He said they'll be at least a D.
Pain is very minimal. Can move my arms around but only slowly if reaching up. I'm finished with all my medication!

Hi everyone sorry I haven't been updating! I'm a little over a month post op now and I feel fantastic. I'm in no pain at all and 95% no discomfort. My boobies are still in the process of dropping and fluffing, one is faster than the other. They are getting softer day by day but still hard. Can't wait to get measured and see bras!!
I've been using Mederma PM Intensive overnight cream and bio oil on my scars and stretch marks.
I can see that Dr V made the pockets so that when I lay down, the boobies will drop to the side like natural boobs and when standing, they come together for cleavage. Cleavage is still forming but getting there
