A little over a month
Hi everyone sorry I haven't been updating! I'm a little over a month post op now and I feel fantastic. I'm in no pain at all and 95% no discomfort. My boobies are still in the process of dropping and fluffing, one is faster than the other. They are getting softer day by day but still hard. Can't wait to get measured and see bras!!
I've been using Mederma PM Intensive overnight cream and bio oil on my scars and stretch marks.
I can see that Dr V made the pockets so that when I lay down, the boobies will drop to the side like natural boobs and when standing, they come together for cleavage. Cleavage is still forming but getting there

Post op appointment and stitches removed
I'm back home in Canada now! I had my post op appointment on Feb 22 and Dr V said they're healing very well and will be very natural looking. He said he created more side breast so when I lay down, they'll drop to the sides like natural breasts and when standing straight, they'll go back to the center for cleavage. Stitches removed and new bandaids put on. After 1 week I can remove them and start using scar and stretch mark cream. I can also wear sports bra after one week, for 3 months until regular bras (yay!). I can start exercising in 2 months.
He showed me how to massage, just very gentle massage pushing down four sides of each breast, 10 sets a day for 3 months.
I was having boob greed these past few days and thought I should have gotten bigger size however Dr V said with my height (5ft) and wide body shape, I will look top heavy if I got bigger so this size suits my body. I do agree as well and I know they'll look fluffier and better once they D + F so I just gotta be patient!! He said they'll be at least a D.
Pain is very minimal. Can move my arms around but only slowly if reaching up. I'm finished with all my medication!

Thanks! I hope I didn't go too small.. I'm nervous about post care and massaging now.. to prevent complications. The first 3 months post op feels like it will be harder than the actual procedure haha!

Congratulations on your new twins!! They are healing wonderfully! The first three months are the hardest but it gets much easier with every day!!! Six weeks is a big turning point and will start to see a lot of dropping and fluffing ! Happy healing!❣️❤️
