I have deflated breasts from weight loss (32 yrs old, 5'6, went from 170 to 125 pounds). I don't honestly know my breast size, since I wear size small yoga bras/bralettes. I know my ribs are 34" around, and I would guess I'm a large A... maybe a B if it was a push up.I came to Dr Hernandez looking for a laser breast lift, but instead, she recommended Renuva as a non invasive small augmentation. My nipples are not pointed downwards (ptosis), I simply don't have enough fat to fill out my breasts. She gave me three shots of renuva to each breast (1.5 cc per shot). My main concern was being able to conceal this from my husband while I was healing. The cool thing about renuva is that there are no obvious results right away. I wanted to blame my larger breasts on weight gain (which I'm actively trying to do). I've posted pics of 4 hours after injection, 24 hours, and 72 hours. I bruise easily, and my bruises take a long time to heal. The worst part was the anesthetic, but while it pinched and stung, it wasn't that bad (and I HATE needles). I didn't feel much during the procedure. The doctor was informational, pleasant, and attentive. The bruising was minimal, as you can see. The hard part is hiding the injection punctures. I used the office samples of silicone scar cream, foundation, and menstruation cramps as an excuse to remain clothed at bedtime. I leave in 3 days for a week long visit to my sister, where I will keep my injection sites medicated. I will also be taking Lysene and vitamin C to promote skin healing. As you can see, there is no obvious inflation of my breasts yet, and I am healing rather quickly. I will update this post at the 3 month Renuva waiting period (mid November 2020) with my augmentation results!

Still some minor bruising, but what is most visible are purple pinprick marks at the injection sites. A little bit of makeup hides them. I haven't noticed much difference in volume.... I THINK I see a difference, but it could be in my head at this point.
I've been applying a heat pack whenever I think about it (to increase circulation to the area), and I massage my breasts when I'm in the car or in the bathroom. I really want this $5,000 procedure to be WORTH $5,000.

Here I am, three months later, and incredibly dissatisfied with my Renuva breast "augmentation". Dr Hernandez told me that these three vials would add the plumping on the tops of my breasts that I was looking for.
I have a follow up with her soon. We will see what sort of satisfaction service she will provide. For $5,000, it would have been smarter to go with actual implants... and have a serious talk with hubby about "My body, My choice". I wanted to add maybe HALF of a cup size... again, just enough to give me a little fill on top.
Extremely disappointed.

It has been 4 months since my Renuva injection. I have not seen any results, and my photos also undeniably show that.
I spoke with Dr. Hernandez about my lack of results. She said that I must be "non responsive" to Renuva. Fair enough. I am pretty skinny and have a hard time keeping weight on.
Maybe if I can gain weight the Renuva will be able to plump up? I don't know.
She offered me a full refund (and said they would email their Renuva rep for a refund). The Renuva rep declined the refund, and so Dr. Hernandez is refunding me out of her own pocket. I am so grateful that she refunded me, and if I have anything else that I want to get done, she certainly has my business. I appreciate a doctor that can admit no results and take ownership of what they are offering.
