Everyone I dealt with was great. I was told what to expect, and what amount of work I would have to do. The surgery went smooth, and Dr. Pilcher was quick to answer any questions or concerns. Dr. Pilcher is very good about answers questions and addressing concerns. he is easy to talk to, and he is very honest about things. My only regret was not doing this sooner.
