From the moment I first walked in for my consultation, I was greeted with the most professional and friendly staff. I absolutely love the results from my breast augmentation. I highly recommend Dr. Vitenas to anyone wanting to under go any procedures to get that confidence boost. I trust him with his professional opinion and would definitely use him again.
Wow, just amazing results!! After having two large children my stomach had a lot of extra skin. I went to get a tummy tuck in 2019 in NY when I lived there and the surgeon used my belly button at the center of the scar. It clearly looked like a belly button and was crooked making my sides uneven and making it look like I had two belly buttons. I hated my scar and wearing anything that smoothed over my stomach because you can clearly see a lump on one side of the scar. It was awful! Dr. Vitenas fixed it! I mean really fixed it! I love my scar now and can wear clothing over my belly without the worry. I am so grateful to feel confident with my body again after dealing with that scar for 5 years. Not only is Dr. Vitenas great but his team is also wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
had a great experience with Dr. Vitenas and his team from beginning to end! Dr. Vitenas listened to what I wanted, and I absolutely love my results. All the patient coordinators and assistants were so helpful.
Because of disappointing multiple face tight and corrective face lift results from another local “board certified plastic surgeon”, I sought out a referral from a dear and trusted friend. She referred me to her board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Paul Vitenas. I researched his credentials, read all of the reviews, looked at his website and the gallery of before and after photos and felt confident I was going to be in the best hands. I scheduled my appointment in February 2024. I arrived to his beautiful facility and was greeted by his staff. They were very kind and professional. They invited me to sit in their waiting area and offered me water as I filled out paperwork. They then guided me upstairs and into their consultation/examination room. I was very impressed with the beautiful and tasteful decor, the cleanliness, the quietness and soft classical music. A knock at the door and in comes Dr. Vitenas and his staff. Immediately he greets me with a calming smile and handshake. As he asks me what can he do for me, I can tell as I was talking to him his blue eyes were already focused and scanning my face. I could tell he is a true artist of his craft. He listened, asked questions about my previous procedures and you could tell he was disappointed in his colleague’s methods. “Why did he leave this scar like this in front of your ears?!” he asked. I explained about having several failed face tight procedures. He explained what makes a face looked aged is removing fat from the face which was exactly what the other doctor’s face tight did to me! My skin would immediately go lax after each procedure! So much so that the previous doctor tried to fix the skin laxity by doing a SMAS procedure which also failed! So Dr. Vitenas said depending on how much scar tissue was done by all of the previous botched procedures he would do his best to give me the results I am looking for and definitely hide the scars where you could not tell a facelift was done! He showed me before and after pictures of patients who had the same procedures. The changes were dramatic and beautiful! He took pictures of my face from different angles, loaded them up onto his computer and showed me what I could expect. After my consultation with him, his staff gave me a tour of the surgical floor and the private elevator I would be using pre and post surgery. Prior to surgery I had three sessions with Sandra who did Fraxil procedure on my face and neck. That alone took out dark spots on my skin, smoothed my skin, helped reduce wrinkles and improved the collagen texture to smooth my skin. After my pre-op which included I provide a letter from my MD clearing me for surgery (which included bloodwork and an EKG), I had my surgery on July 30. I had a brow lift, upper eyelid reduction, fat removed from the lower eyelid, fat injected back into my cheeks, earlobes, my upper lip raised, a larger chin implant to balance my profile which also gave me a better jawline. I went home the same day with post op instructions and medications which really kept the pain and swelling under control. I won’t lie there is swelling and bruising. He had me come in several days in a row, he examined me personally each time. Every week since surgery, the results get better and better. He said the best results will be at the one year mark. (On a side note, I don’t understand why MMA folks and those Face Slapping competitors choose to have their face beat up! They are crazy and in my opinion flat out stupid! Not to mention the potential brain trauma after such a beating!) This recovery was no joke and thank goodness I won’t have to do this again! Today I am at the one month mark. Though there is still some swelling and bruising, I am BEYOND satisfied with my treatment and my results. I am extremely grateful for the referral and I cannot thank Dr. Vitenas, his staff, nurses and surgical staff enough for everything! The pictures speak for themselves. More updates soon!
Dr. Vitenas and his staff are exceptional. After consulting with a number of other surgeons, I decided to go with Dr. V and it was the absolute best decision. I am very pleased with my results and highly recommend him and his amazing and dedicated team.
I had a vaginoplasty (vaginal tightening) done several weeks ago. Dr Vitenas and his staff were excellent in every way. The aftercare has been wonderful. I got a call after surgery with a number to text with any concerns and questions, and i never had to struggle to get ahold of anyone. I birthed 7 babies vaginally, several over 10 lbs and my pelvic floor could have opened up the circumference of a small grapefruit. Dr Vitenas got me down to the circumference of a medium strawberry. I got only the vaginoplasty, no labia reduction or skin tag removals. I am currently 2 weeks post op and im already pleased with my results! Even the stitching is so good i don't believe I'll even have a scar. Updated on 23 Apr 2024: I woke up with no pain and my partner waiting in the next room. The Anesthesiologist (who is amazing and has a great bedside manner) was in the recovery room waiting for me. He talked to me and made sure i was ok, and after a few minutes i was good to go home. Once home i was able to get the pictures, settled in, and slept and ate. I started feeling the pain about an hour before meds time. It was mostly pressure. After meds i started feeling a LOT of pressure. I did get a call in the evening from the office checking on me and making sure i had no concerns. I took my meds incorrectly and was in pain that night. (our fault) the pressure felt like i was 10 cm dilated with a10lb baby and it was all in my rear end. The next day we corrected the meds and it was much more manageable. The catheter is a pain of course but it was so necessary, i ended up hanging the bag on the bottom drawer of my bedside table. I was waking around the house ok but preferred to stay in bed. You will need pads, tucks pads (i went through 2 containers), panty liners, dermoplast, and a boppy pillow if you can get one. Updated on 21 May 2024: 6 weeks post op. I've had no pain at all for over 3 weeks. I only have a couple of stitches remaining in the perineum that haven't completely dissolved yet. The swelling has gone down quite a bit so the skin tag isn't visible any more. Bruising is almost completely gone. I do still have sensitivity at the vaginal entrance and in the entire perineum area. I can feel a huge difference when doing kegals and when wiping from the bathroom- i can feel a thick muscle structure under the skin. Clearance for sex should come tomorrow. Updated on 20 Sep 2024: Im at just over 5 months post and my results are absolutely amazing! Im about where i was when i was in my early 20s, before having any kids. I can feel everything during sex and my muscle control is so strong! I'm 2 fingers wide with a little stretch. The tightening went all the way up close to my cervix. Every time we have sex there is a brief uncomfortable stretch- the normal one from having a bigger partner- that goes away quickly. I still have sensitivity in the perineum that gets better and less as time goes by. The tightening has actually increased as time has gone by and i have more control of my muscles. The results are everything i dared to hope for! Best thing I've ever done for myself.
this are the pictures before my breast augmentation. I went to my first consultation with Dr. Paul Vitenas on August 8. I specifically went to him because of his natural results. On my first consultation I decided to go with 450cc full profile. Later on my pre op appointment on November 29 I decided on 485cc full profile. Updated on 29 Dec 2023: On the same day of surgery (dec 20) I decided to change my implant size from 485cc to 520cc, I was so grateful I could change the size so last minute. Right after surgery I was so concerned with my breast size thinking I went too small, later I learned this is normal as my chest is tight and with time they will drop and fluff. I love to observe how my breast changes everyday! I'm currently on day 10 post op and i'm loving them now. I cant wait to see the final result when they fully settle. Updated on 3 Jan 2024: Updated on 22 Jan 2024:
I've been wanting a boob job for years. I was told to be patient and they would grow. That did not happen and they shrunk as I started my workout journey. My surgery date has moved up from 12/29 to 12/27. I'm getting 365 cc Naturelle
I've always wanted a breast augmentation since I was 20. I knew I wanted Dr.Vitenas to be my surgeon for a few years due to his expertise and pride in natural results. I booked a consultation in July of this year, and left with a surgery date of December 1st. Updated on 2 Dec 2023: At my initial consultation back in July we settled on a smaller size which was 304cc moderate profile. After careful consideration I decided I wanted to try a bigger size. I went in for my pre op appointment on November 5th and decided that 385cc high profile would be my preferred choice. With it being a month before my surgery date on December 1st, I had ample time to look at my different sizers and ultimately concluded that high profile was too large for me. They so graciously squeezed me in the day before my surgery to resize, and we found the implant that was perfect for my body… 371cc moderate profile. It filled my chest perfectly and wasn’t too projected infront of my chest wall. Updated on 2 Dec 2023: I had my surgery the morning of December 1st. I was the first patient to be treated. Coming in I was more ready and excited than I was nervous. Everyone was very kind all the nurses and the anesthesiologist was great. They walked me to the operating table and even played Christmas music and they put me down. Let me tell you, being put to sleep to Mariah Carey “all I want for Christmas is you” was the best way to go. Before I know it, I was woken up and placed on a wheel chair and rolled to my mother’s car, and I was on my way home. I slept most all morning as I felt sick from the anesthesia and felt tremendous pressure and pain coming from my chest. By noon that day I felt completely normal. Virtually no pain, slight discomfort and a cheery attitude. I did it!! Updated on 2 Dec 2023: The day after surgery felt great. I kept up with my medication through the night so I know that that was very helpful. I’ve experienced minimal bruising and discomfort… I used arnica tablet leading up to the surgery but i also believe that Dr. Vitenas expertise and technique had positively allowed my recovery to be so smooth. I had minimal bleeding from only one side of my incision sites through the night. Swelling has already started to minimize and the breast implant massages are so easy and not painful or uncomfortable to do. First four pictures are the day of surgery, the rest are 1 day PO
Dr. Vitenas and his team are amazing! I trusted his expertise exclusively and he did not disappoint. The results delivered are incredible and worth every penny spent. If I ever need work done again, especially when it comes to any surgical procedure, I will only return to Dr. Vitenas. I feel safe in his hands and I’m sure you will too! Thank you!!
Thank you very much for your question and photographs. From your pictures, it does appear that you may be a candidate for CoolSculpting. The noninvasive technique uses Cryoplipolysis to ‘freeze’ fat cells, permanently damaging cells in the target area, which are then slowly eliminated by the body. CoolSculpting takes 35 minutes and can offer a 20-25% reduction in fatty tissue. When looking for a CoolSculpting provider, ensure they offer DualSculpting (two CoolSculpting machines) so that both arms can be treated in one session. It is important to keep in mind, however, that while CoolSculpting can eliminate fatty tissue, the procedure does not tighten stretched skin. For this reason, once the fat cells are gone, patients may be left with excess, sagging skin. I recommend scheduling a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon, experienced in body contouring procedures. At this time, he/she can discuss all of the options available for improving your upper arms, including CoolSculpting and a brachioplasty or surgical arm lift.
Thank you for your question and photograph. CoolSculpting is an excellent option for eliminating stubborn bra rolls and arm fat without the need for surgery. Using Cryoplipolysis, CoolSculpting freezes fat cells in the target area. Over the next three months, these damaged fat cells are safely metabolized by the body. You can see a 20-25% reduction in fat after one session, and CoolSculpting can be safely repeated for additional results. From your picture, it appears you may make a good candidate for this procedure. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon, experienced in body contouring procedures. At this time, he/she can perform a physical assessment, determining if you are a good candidate for CoolSculpting. If so, a customized treatment plan will be created to achieve your desired results.
Thank you for your question. At five days post-Botox treatment, you are just beginning to notice your initial results. The benefits from your Botox injections will continue to improve over the next two weeks. Give yourself a full two weeks to see how your Botox results appear. If you are not happy or have concerns at this time, contact your Botox administrator. However, if you have a sagging brow or eyelid, keep in mind the side-effects are temporary. Over the next three months, as the Botox results fade, the over-treated area will return to normal.
Thank you for your question and congratulations on your recent Botox session. After about four hours, the Botox will have sufficiently absorbed into the targeted muscles, meaning that migration is not an issue. Having your deep neck massage four days after your injections should not have any effect on your Botox results. If you have any further concerns or notice anything unusual, contact your Botox provider for his/her advice.
Thank you for your question. Although it is not necessary to remove all of your makeup before your Botox injections, the site should be cleaned prior administration. However, the chance of this causing any problems or infection is very small. Do not worry, but If you have any problems such as unusual redness or discomfort, contact your provider. You may want to bring this up at your next Botox session, especially if you notice your dermatologist is again not prepping the injection site.
