Extremely skilled surgeon! After 3 kids wrecking havoc on my body like a bulldozer, it was time for Mommy to do damage control. I had several surgeries done with this doctor, and don't regret a single one! He takes a lot of pride in his work and wants to exceed your expectations.

In the middle of the night, I fell down my stairs 12 days after my bilateral breast lift/reduction and upper back lift. At first I thought I had only bruised my bottom. After a few minutes, it dawned on me that I should look at my incisions. My back incision had been pulled wide open! We headed to the ER where I was stitched back up in the operating room by a general surgeon. This experience was terrifying. Thankfully they were able to stitch me up and so far it looks good. I'm hoping I will continue to heal well and avoid infection.

Madison has completed two treatments for me at the Basu Galleria location, and both outcomes have solidified my confidence in her judgment and guidance. They have both been outstanding improvements: the wrinkles that have crept in are gone, and fullness has been replaced. Recently, she corrected the under-eyelid area along with face touchups in the nose bunny lines, the area between the eyebrows and the labiomandibular area near the chin; I was unaware that could even be corrected. What a treat! Additionally, she recommends other facial filler treatments for my face-as well as the expected results as well as explains the results I can expect.

My plastic surgeon's office is offering a membership for a monthly fee where you can get two areas of CoolSculpting for a low price, so I tried it out for my waist/back. I run about 20+ miles a week and I can't shift the fat from this area. Today, I went in for the procedure. The initial suction from the device was painful, but it was over in a few seconds. 36 minutes of cooling and then it's done. I could feel it, but it wasn't painful. I worked on my laptop throughout the procedure. Afterward, I had a massage on both sides. This was painful, but only 10-15 minutes total. Beauty is pain! In terms of other beauty treatments, this wasn't bad at all. Hopefully I'll see results in about a month! I'm now 9 hours after the procedure. No pain just some slight tenderness.

Dr. Basu and his staff are excellent. They took time to explain everything thoroughly and answer my questions. The private surgery center next to his office is super convenient and was an important consideration for me during this Covid time period.
