How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

I Had an Accident 12 Days Post-op
In the middle of the night, I fell down my stairs 12 days after my bilateral breast lift/reduction and upper back lift. At first I thought I had only bruised my bottom. After a few minutes, it dawned on me that I should look at my incisions. My back incision had been pulled wide open! We headed to the ER where I was stitched back up in the operating room by a general surgeon.
This experience was terrifying. Thankfully they were able to stitch me up and so far it looks good. I'm hoping I will continue to heal well and avoid infection.
