At 19 years old, I finally decided to have corrective surgery to straighten my nose after I broke it while snowboarding when I was 10 years old. I recently had a rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and a turbinate reduction performed by Dr. White at USA Plastic Surgery in Dallas , Tx. I debated having this surgery for a long time mainly due to my fear of surgery itself and the thousands of botched nose jobs i've seen online or the complications resulting from nose jobs. This was also my very first surgery I ever had so I had no idea what to expect. I had the smoothest recovery imaginable and the most amazing results. Everything was perfect, from the morning of the surgery when Dr White and his team calmed my fears to the surgery itself as well as recovery. I have never experienced a more professional and kind staff in my entire life. I can't express enough how meticulous and professional the entire surgery team was, especially Dr. White himself. I chose Dr. White as my surgeon because my mom is a surgical nurse and has worked with him in surgery and after seeing him in action, he’s the only plastic surgeon she felt safe and confident with to deliver the results I wanted and most importantly, be under the best hands possible . Dr White has also operated on my mom in the past, she had a rhinoplasty and a breast augmentation and she also had a great experience and phenomenal results. The thing I love most about my results is that my profile view of my nose looks amazing , it looks how I’ve always dreamed of it looking. Prior to surgery , my nose had a hump in it and was very large, especially from the left side of my face , it really bothered me and I was very self conscious of it. I didn't even know it could be fixed. My results are better than I imagined, I look like me but a better version. My other favorite parts are my nose looks overall great, every single aspect is amazing , and I don’t have issues with allergies anymore since I got my turbinates removed, before this surgery I was taking 2 Zyrtec a day and always sneezing and blowing my nose. I would recommend Dr. White to every single person I meet. I was very nervous going into this surgery and I have never been so happy or confident in my entire life post surgery. Every single person on Dr. Whites surgery team is the best of the best and the anesthesiologist Dr. Zipper was the friendliest and put all my worries at ease, and I felt amazing waking up from surgery. I experienced zero pain from the surgery which was crazy to me since most would expect it would be a mild painful procedure but it wasn't. My mom also had zero pain post surgery as well due to Dr. Whites meticulous technique, pain was nonexistent during my experience. This was a 10/10 procedure I have never felt better and I looked how I always dreamed I would look and I would recommend Dr. White and his team to everyone.

He was the first surgeon I met with, and I immediately felt like he really listened. He took my concerns seriously, especially around sizing-I was afraid of going too big, but I also didn't want to regret not doing enough. My boyfriend's dad (who's a plastic surgeon) had suggested 325ccs, but after Dr. White looked at my frame and breast width, and heard what I wanted, we ended up going with 375ccs on one side and 400ccs on the other (since one side had a bit more natural tissue). What I appreciated most was that he let me come in again a week before surgery just to go over sizing one more time. I was anxious, and he was so reassuring and validating throughout the whole process-even up to the day of surgery. Right after the procedure, my breasts looked super high and kind of uneven (which is normal), but now that they're settling, l'm honestly obsessed. I've never felt more confident in my body.
