The procedure I had is called upper and lower Blepharoplasty. The procedure was performed in Dallas by Dr. White from USA Plastic Surgery.
I was initially reluctant to have the surgery due to the unknown of never having a surgery like this before. I didn’t know who to trust as a great surgeon, and I was concerned about how I would look after the procedure was completed and everything healed. After doing research about the best board certified plastic surgeons for this kind of procedure, I chose Dr. White based on reviews, meeting him in person, talking and walking through the process, and his exceptional staff. In the first few minutes of meeting him, it’s easy to see why he is the best at what he does. He’s very thorough, detailed and expects perfection in his work and the outcome. He was very considerate of how I felt, and took the time to answer my questions. His staff of Cosmetic Surgery Consultants, Melanie, Jamie, and Sierra are also a big reason for choosing to go with Dr. White. They helped walk me through the process of pre-surgery preparation and post surgery follow up, photos, and appointments. Melanie was the main coordinator for my procedure. She helped facilitate scheduling pricing, pre-surgery appointments, and help me address some challenges when I needed it most to ensure my procedure was successful.
Today I feel incredible about the outcome. It is everything I hoped it would be and more. All went as described by Dr. White prior to the procedure.
I had this procedure because when I looked in the mirror, I felt and looked old, tired, was frustrated about encounters with ageism. I knew if I had this type of procedure that it would make me look younger and reduce the age factor. New employment at my age is tough to get as it is, but I am far more confident now about the possibilities in the future.
