Fast new smile

If you are researching any type of implant procedure and looking for the best team to accommodate your specific needs, please take a min and read this. I spent about 3 months researching the All on 4 procedure and longer searching for the right doctor. Specifically, one that would understand my needs. As sad as it is, many places will tell you what you want to hear in order to close a sale.Being disingenuous is not the way to win over a patient that already has one foot out the door. If you are reading all the reviews about FNS you’ll see a very common theme, it's how they feel about Dr. Almasri and his staff. I never gave much thought about the importance of a strong staff, until I was in their care. FEAR- I can relate. I am Trypanophobic Fear of all medical/dental procedures involving needles and surgery. Approximately 10% of the population is said to have this particular phobia. EMBARRASSED- When I was 11, I smashed my four front teeth on the end of a balance beam. Many procedures and an impatient dentist later, I developed a phobia. I no longer had my pretty teeth, I had awkward looking crowns. RIGHT CHOICE-When I found Dr. Almasri I had already consulted with 4 different places. I was not expecting anything different. I actually received a *certified* letter from one i specialist I met with in Aug .Basically, he decided to not move forward with my treatment. He explained that with my trypanaphobia and complicated work “ he did not feel he could help. He added that we lacked a connection he was used to having with patients.. It should be noted, this was weeks after I refused to be pressured into scheduling with him. TRUST- Fast New Smile- I was IMMEDIATELY put at ease by Kelly. I explained my history..She listened to me.She was compassionate promised that I was in good hands. Unlike other consults, where I was told ‘ we deal with people like you all the time’ that was simply not true and it was a deal breaker for me. Kelly assured me that they have patients with all levels of fear and they would work with me . When I met Dr. Almasri during that same consult, he listened to me and I listened to him. He assured me he could help. I believed him but true to my nature, was still a little apprehensive. Thankfully, his words and confidence resonated with me it and it ended up being the smartest decision I would make.A few days later I made the call. WORK UP APPT- Kelly was instrumental in getting me to my work up appointment. When I called her expressing my anxiety ( too much internet research ) she was so supportive and patient with me. The work up was actually fun and I got to meet the AMAZING team. Brent, Trina and wonderful Dr. Caffroni. They made the whole experience super comfortable. I am normally a ham when I see a camera, but smiling?...big smiling...was out of my comfort zone. They do this everyday and will put your mind at ease. It was during my work up that Dr. Almasri came in and talked to me about how “we” were going to get me through the IV process. His including “me” in the plan was comforting. SURGERY DAY-The surgery was PAINLESS...the IV was my biggest fear, the surgery was secondary. I did not feel the IV at all.. one minute was blabbing about something, next it was like I blinked and I was done.  He did something amazing  for me. First, he kept his promise about my being in good hands. I felt very safe and cared for. He took away the pain that plagued my everyday life. More importantly ,he had restored my trust With his encouraging words and compassionate bedside manner. I can honestly say that I would trust Dr. Almasri with my life. He did an incredible job. It’s one week later and I am doing great. I want to help others that are struggling to find the right doctor. If you feel overwhelmed by ALL the places to choose from.I am hoping this helps you in some way. Believe what his patients are saying. Not only do they change lives...every once in a while they save one.

Lost my Smile - Dallas, TX

I had lost everything, my self-esteem & most of all, I had lost the one reason my husband of 31 years fell in love with, my smile. I hid away, not going out except when it was absolutely had to. I was more than embarrassed, I felt humiliated by poor dental work & failed implants previously done.

Embarrassed to Smile No Longer! Eternim Dental Implants, Dallas TX

I'd been wanting to have dental implants for the last couple of years, after I'd lost a second tooth near the front. I did major research on prosthodontists in the DFW area, checking into their education, years of experience, specialties, and reading every review I could find. I went to 5 different doctors, and as soon as I visited Eternim Dental Implants and met Dr. Riad Almasri and his staff, I knew they were the right fit for me. I went to the consultation alone, but my husband went with me to the work-up appointment and he felt the same way. The office is very nice (in spite of building construction at the moment) and easy to get to in Dallas. Every single person I met on Dr. Almasri's staff is just wonderful! There's never been more than 5 or so minutes of wait time before they take me to the exam room and make sure I'm comfortable. The first time I met Dr. Almasri, he put me at ease immediately. He's incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and has a very calm & friendly demeanor. He explains everything that will happen clearly & answers every question I might have. He and the girls in the office have treated me & my husband like family right from the start. I have always been extremely nervous going to dentists, but even on surgery day, I was incredibly calm because I knew I was in good hands. Surgery went very well and I felt no pain whatsoever. Dr. Almasri called that evening to make sure I was doing well, which I was. I've had no real pain all along. I've already been back for my one- and three-week checkups and I'm healing fast and loving my new teeth. I go back in 5 weeks for final impressions for my permanent teeth, and I'm already looking forward to it! Everything about this experience has been absolutely perfect thanks to Dr. Almasri and his staff at Eternim Dental Implants. I would give him 10 stars if I could, and I certainly highly recommend him to anyone looking to get dental implants. THANK YOU, Dr. Almasri!

52 Yr Old with a Beautiful New Smile. Dallas, TX

Big City Dentist with a Small Town Feel. Dr. Almasri and his staff provide what many of us from smaller towns are looking for; caring, personal ,attentive and very professional service, but with all of the modern dentistry techniques and equipment available in a large metropolitan area. I have been Dr. Almasri's patient for approximately three years, and I feel like he has been my family dentist for life. And he will be from now on!For many, visiting the dentist is an unwelcome and even dreaded necessity. However, visiting his office is as pleasurable experience as one could ever hope for in medical care.I had the fast new smile procedure done and my teeth are perfect! He sat down with me and described the procedure to me step by step, explaining everything in detail what would happen from the time I got there that morning til  the time that I left that afternoon...and he even called that evening to check on me,to make sure that I wasn't in pain. Dr. Almasri cares deeply about his patient's well being, and that fact is continually reinforced throughout each and every visit . If he isn't completely satisfied with the work he has done, whether it be cosmetic or otherwise, he will always take the time to make things perfect. I was never uncomfortable when getting my dental work done, as his professionalism and expertise is only matched by his warm and calming demeanor. Dr. Almasri and his entire staff of dental technicians, are the very best and most enjoyable medical professionals I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Highly Recommended!!!"

Bad experience - forced out of the operating room with no teeth

I did my research on Fast New Smiles and found no bad reviews so I decided that is where I wanted to get my new teeth. I trusted Dr. Almasriani so I booked my surgery. He actually challenged me that I would fall asleep and have no memory of the procedure. What a pile of crap that was! If I fell asleep it was for short periods. I heard all teeth extractions and conversations. I heard a person enter the operating room and she explained to Dr Almasri they had a client in the waiting room looking for help with the swelling, DR. A SAID TELL THEM NO and if they didn’t leave call security. My opinion of Dr A changed immediately to a non empathetic person. Was that the kind of help I was going to get if was in that position? When he finished the procedure he asked his two nurses if they were ok with putting the teeth in. The numbing was gone by this time and they put the bottom arch in and tried to get the first screw in, after 7 tries one of them said they were going to force the screw in and let whoever took them out deal with the problem. This is where I thought of the $42,000 dollars and getting a half ass job. I pushed them both away and said I wanted a Dentist. They were offended but I no longer had any faith in tweedle dee and twiddle dum. A few minutes I was forced out of the operating room with no teeth, they needed to put someone else in there, got to keep the factory running. As they put me in my waiting room they sprayed something in my nose. Since I couldn’t breath through my mouth I assume this spray clogged my nose, I was gasping for air. I hit the nurses button and twiddle dee showed up and in full Attitude, as I explained what I wanted. I tried to tell her but I couldn’t talk, she just left with the same attitude she came in with. No one responded so I was going to the hospital downstairs when a flurry of people met me at the elevator. Barking and yelling at me. If not for Dr Yang and his assistant I would have left. I told them to call f…security I’m calling the cops for illegal detention. Dr. Yang and his assistant calmed me down and helped with my breathing. My wife showed and passed out as to what I looked like! Dr. A was still MIA totally. Dr. Yang said the bottom Arch was made wrong and went to the milling unit to try to get a new one, so twiddle dee and twiddle dum were about to really screw up my teeth! After several attempts Dr. Yang and his assistant got the teeth in. OMG Dr. A showed and pulled my aching lips apart and said look at them, I did not look and haven’t looked yet. They took me to get the final X-ray and see me to my car when my nurse said they had only one wheelchair and it was in use. My nurse asked another lady to help her get me outside, that’s when what appeared to be Dr, Emadi (The Iranian Dr. who trained in Iran) who told his nurse there was no reason for this. I headed out and nothing was going to stop me. My nurse did accompany me but the other nurse was not allowed by her boss. Nice empathy but what do you expect from this teeth factory. It was the worse experience in my life and I’m close to 70. Go there and pray everything goes right
