Bad Experience
I did my research on Fast New Smiles and found no bad reviews so I decided that is where I wanted to get my new teeth. I trusted Dr. Almasriani so I booked my surgery. He actually challenged me that I would fall asleep and have no memory of the procedure. What a pile of crap that was! If I fell asleep it was for short periods. I heard all teeth extractions and conversations. I heard a person enter the operating room and she explained to Dr Almasri they had a client in the waiting room looking for help with the swelling, DR. A SAID TELL THEM NO and if they didn’t leave call security. My opinion of Dr A changed immediately to a non empathetic person. Was that the kind of help I was going to get if was in that position? When he finished the procedure he asked his two nurses if they were ok with putting the teeth in. The numbing was gone by this time and they put the bottom arch in and tried to get the first screw in, after 7 tries one of them said they were going to force the screw in and let whoever took them out deal with the problem. This is where I thought of the $42,000 dollars and getting a half ass job. I pushed them both away and said I wanted a Dentist. They were offended but I no longer had any faith in tweedle dee and twiddle dum. A few minutes I was forced out of the operating room with no teeth, they needed to put someone else in there, got to keep the factory running. As they put me in my waiting room they sprayed something in my nose. Since I couldn’t breath through my mouth I assume this spray clogged my nose, I was gasping for air. I hit the nurses button and twiddle dee showed up and in full Attitude, as I explained what I wanted. I tried to tell her but I couldn’t talk, she just left with the same attitude she came in with. No one responded so I was going to the hospital downstairs when a flurry of people met me at the elevator. Barking and yelling at me. If not for Dr Yang and his assistant I would have left. I told them to call f…security I’m calling the cops for illegal detention. Dr. Yang and his assistant calmed me down and helped with my breathing. My wife showed and passed out as to what I looked like! Dr. A was still MIA totally. Dr. Yang said the bottom Arch was made wrong and went to the milling unit to try to get a new one, so twiddle dee and twiddle dum were about to really screw up my teeth! After several attempts Dr. Yang and his assistant got the teeth in. OMG Dr. A showed and pulled my aching lips apart and said look at them, I did not look and haven’t looked yet. They took me to get the final X-ray and see me to my car when my nurse said they had only one wheelchair and it was in use. My nurse asked another lady to help her get me outside, that’s when what appeared to be Dr, Emadi (The Iranian Dr. who trained in Iran) who told his nurse there was no reason for this. I headed out and nothing was going to stop me. My nurse did accompany me but the other nurse was not allowed by her boss. Nice empathy but what do you expect from this teeth factory. It was the worse experience in my life and I’m close to 70. Go there and pray everything goes right
