I had an awesome experience with my surgery and great part of it was due to the professionalism of Dr. Dellinger. He made me feel comfortable, listened, and gave me exactly what I wanted, making my experience great beginning to end. The picture is from a year after my surgery.

After losing 154 lbs I was left with a lot of sagging skin! I felt so uncomfortable in my body. So after research I decided to have a tummy tuck to remove the skin.

I currently have had the drainage tubes in for 33 days.

After sitting with several doctors in Austin, and almost deciding to leave to Miami for my surgery, I met Dr. David Dellinger. His experience, background and staff was everything I was looking for. He was very honest about what things would be like and he even talked me through a couple of options that would serve me better. His office was very connect through the entire process, and for several months during my healing.
The surgery itself went very well and I was very happy with my results. His staff was amazing and the aftercare that they provide is more than I heard anybody else offering it.

I couldn’t have been more thrilled with the outcome of this much anticipated surgery! I had been dealing with my bags under my eyes since I was a baby and it just got more pronounced as I got older, we also decided to tighten up the upper eyelids too. I’m so happy I met Dr. David Dellinger of Elysian Plastic Surgery in Austin. This doctor truly cares for his patients and the success of your surgical outcome , he wants you to be happy. I highly recommend Dr. Dellinger to anyone seeking any type of cosmetic enhancement .

I have been talking about getting a breast reduction for the last 10yrs. Finally I’ve come to the day before surgery and I am ecstatic. I used RealSelf to find several doctors. I went to three separate consultations and only really found myself most comfortable with my surgeon, Dr Dellinger. This entire process has been rather seamless and I cannot wait until the big day!!!!!

Day 1 post op. No pictures this evening but as soon as I start looking I’ll add them. I had Lipo in conjunction with the bilateral breast reduction and had some spillage from the “stuff” doctors add to assist in the Lipo process. I read about it lol but I do not recall what it’s called. I do have drains,
Otherwise my meds are working efficiently. I have no pain, I feel pressure, some itching and a little tenderness under my arms (Lipo sight) and where I believe my breast tissue was sewn to my pectoral major on both sides.

The staff at St David’s Surgical Center were AWESOME! I Love Dr Dellinger and how at ease I felt. I could not have asked for a better experience!!

I still have drains in ???? but otherwise I’m feeling great!!!! Only discomfort from the dreaded drains but no pain at all. Having perky breast is taking some getting used to. I feel light as a feather ????. I lost a tattoo as a casualty of the surgery. Other than that I have no real complaints whatsoever.

My drains are gone I’ve been set free ???? the incisions are healing at beginning to feel a little tight. The soreness at the sites where the drains were removed is lessening gradually as is the swelling in my breast. I feel random tingling/pain in my breast which is intermittent and I have some feeling in my right nipple and none in my left.
The suture tape was removed except around my nipples, because I apparently had an allergic like sensitivity to the adhesives. I was suffering from severe itching and turns out I had some blistering.

No complaints. So far so good. Right breast is swollen but may also be larger too. The incisions on both breast are healing at different rates. I have a little feeling in the right nipple. None in the left. But I have more feeling in the left breast than the right. The feeling under my arms on either side has mostly returned. No quick movements or my pectoral muscles begin to ache.

I am 5 days post op, and it has been such a great and easy experience for me! I was not nervous about this & had done my research and was eager to have the procedure i done. I was tired of the shoulder pain, lower back pain and never being able to wear anything besides t-shirts and tank tops and receiving the uncomfortable & unwanted attention. I had a great experience at the hospital and the hospital staff was great they put me to sleep and when I woke up I felt like I'd only been out a few minutes and it was already done and I'm not kidding you I have had zero to the smallest amount of soreness! As a matter of fact I took one pain pill later that night when I left the hospital and the next day I think I took one when I woke up even though I really didn't need it and from then on out I would take a half of one here and there and in all honesty that half of one was more just for relaxation because I wasn't in pain maybe a little tender but not pain. I was sent home with drains which were annoying but I went to my first post op appointment 5 days after my surgery and they removed the drains (and please don't be scared of having the drains removed, it was the quickest.. I'm talking seconds and they were out and the first one felt just a little weird for about 2 to 3 seconds the 2nd drain they took out literally I did not feel that one come out) So now I'm on the road to recovery and I'm not going to lie they don't look real pretty right now. I don't have that much bruising and the bruising has healed quickly but they are a little boxy which is normal and to be expected. I haven't seen under the Steri' strip tape yet (the tape stays till it comes off on its own) It will be weeks before they start changing shape and looking a little better and months before they settle and take their more permanent shape. So as long as my healing process goes as well as the rest has I will try and be patient for the ending results, but I am very eager! I had the "lollipop procedure & I believe they took 3 lbs out total. I was a DD and now I am a C. It has been totally worth it so far and I am just over the moon that I'm where I'm at now and I'm so grateful, praise God! I'm going to post some pictures remember I only had surgery 5 days ago. 8 days post Op, so far,  so good. After doing my research, checking credentials & meeting Dr. Dellinger I knew I had found my surgeon. Very minimum pain. Dr. Dellinger and his staff are very professional and caring. So far I couldn't be happier with the over all experience and feel I made the right decision. Now the healing begins!

I just had a Breast augmentation last week and everything went great! They took care of me and it was super fast. I even had direct contact w nurse Niki if I had any questions. Very professional and would recommend to all of my friends and family

I started seeing Dr Dellinger in 2015 after I had lost 90 pounds. He was very attentive, professional and courteous. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I had a tummy tuck, blepharoplasty and breast augmentation done on 8/24/2015. Recovery is never easy. Dr Dellinger went above and beyond during those times when I was having difficulty. I am very pleased with the outcome. I have continued to see Dr Dellinger for other procedures. I would highly recommend Dr Dellinger to anyone who is considering plastic surgery.

To begin with I knew absolutely nothing about proper skin care before meeting Dr Dave and Nikki. For me the best thing was the feeling that the staff at Elysian wanted to make sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. The customer service is the best I've ever experienced!! This is the best my skin has ever looked!

Dr. Dillinger is an amazing Doctor. I had a full tummy tuck and cannot believe my results I have never met a Doctor with bedside manners like Dr Dillinger he's very caring I'm so happy that I chose him
