I didn’t see any other reviews go this far out so I wanted to post one last update -over four months after my surgery. I feel great!! I don’t know if I previously mentioned I was getting migraines prior to my surgery which I contributed to the epidural I had during labor. But I haven’t had another migraine since my surgery. Additionally, I REALLY wanted a C/D but I’m a 34DD which is essentially a 36D, since the surgeon measures for size proportion not cup. That remains my only complaint. But I’ve never been so happy with my bra purchase totals EVER- regardless, lol! My incisions healed better then the scars I got from the incision tape! Go figure. I do not have full feeling back in my nipples yet. I have more feeling in my right breast (as a whole) than I do in my left. I can still feel the prickly feeling of my nerves firing up every now and then. Not painful just weird. Actually, I’d say the feeling you have when your milk comes in, feels worse.

Ok. Hope you all enjoy your journey and I hope this review helps you realize just how worth it this surgery really is — with the right plastic of course!!

No complaints. So far so good. Right breast is swollen but may also be larger too. The incisions on both breast are healing at different rates. I have a little feeling in the right nipple. None in the left. But I have more feeling in the left breast than the right. The feeling under my arms on either side has mostly returned. No quick movements or my pectoral muscles begin to ache.

Looks great! I’m in Houston and currently looking for a new surgeon since my original is now on maternity leave. Is the sewing of breast tissue to pectoral muscle specific to your surgeon? Or is that done with every anchor incision?

I don’t believe my surgeon is the only one that sews the breast tissue to the pectoral muscle but I also don’t believe every surgeon does it. Mine has over 20yrs. He didn’t do a full anchor incision so as you see there is no scar in my cleavage. There is a new method of the breast reduction that makes the reduction look more like an augmentation. I looked into that but the healing time is supposed to be longer and recover more painful. The worst part about my surgery were the tubs - because I had lipo done to shape my breast as well
