I Had Lost a Lot of Weight in my Breasts.

Dr. Kordestani did an amazing job! He is very compassionate, has great bedside manners and truly cares about his patients. My surgery went well and he continued to followup for 6 weeks after. He wanted to make sure that everything healed well and turned out like I had expected. I would not have gone to anyone else in this area. I am very grateful to him and his staff for the amazing care that they provided me with...

56 Year Old Woman Has Extended Tummy Tuck

Dr. Kordestani performed an extended tummy tuck on me due to a large weight loss I had had. He was so compassionate, caring, and professional...answering all my questions, providing expert advice and care, and following up on my recovery with true concern. My procedure went wonderfully, and I am enjoying my newer shape. I would recommend Dr. Kordestani with 100% enthusiasm.

Hand Reconstructive Surgery

This surgery went better than we could have expected. Great work! - Amarillo, TX

Great! He was informative, efficient and did a great job. He has an excellent staff. All very professional. my hand had been degloved in an accident. All tendons in wrist were torn loose. very large wound. He had to drill holes in bone and re-attach tendons. Then close a very large wound. The scar looks better than I would have imagined. Every thing went well with therapy and healing. Definitely an A 1 rating!

Mole Removal

Removal of Mole on Cheek That Had a History of Bleeding.

Dr. Kordestani and his staff were excellent. He took the time to explain the results of my biopsy and was very friendly during the process. He also took the time to explain how to treat the scar so that it would be as minimal as possible. He removed the stitches during non business hours so that the stitches would not be left in too long. I would recommend Dr. Kordestani.

44, 3 Kids, 5'6, 160lbs Finally Just Did It Abdominoplasty-lipo of Flanks and Above Belly Button - Amarillo, TX

24 hours out. Really sore but no regrets so far. Will post before and after pics later. Haven't taken my binder off to look at anything yet. I've wanted to do this for about 10 years so I finally decided to just go for it. My spouse is taking excellent care of me! Member reviews and experiences have been very helpful in my research. Updated on 19 Nov 2016: Feeling better today, but I must say the lipo areas are much more painful than the tummy incision and stretching. I am able to get up to go to the bathroom on my own, but still need help getting back on the bed against my pillows. I will go back to Dr. K on Monday for post op and to change from binder to corset. Happy weekend! Updated on 22 Nov 2016: Went in for post op yesterday. That was a rough trip got very dizzy and almost passed out in lobby. (Never had that happen before) Dr. K says everything looks great gave instructions for changing bandages and I go back next Monday. They put me in a bodysuit, it took my spouse and a nurse to get me into it. Crazy!! But it's cute with lace around the edge of the thigh and a flower in the middle of the chest area LOL Pain is not bad, the worst part is being so hunched over that it kills my back. He pulled me really tight so I did expect it. Will get one drain out Monday so that'll feel like another step forward... will post before and after pics towards the end. Still no regrets, just looking forward to improvement with each new day. Updated on 25 Nov 2016: Yesterday was rough towards the end of the day, it was Thanksgiving and 7th day post op, we went to my mom in laws house. Was very tired when we got home. My cg zips on both sides and was causing a lot of pain in certain areas where the zipper dips in. My wife has tons of bikinis and she doesn't use the inserts that come with them so she came up with the idea to line them inside the suit under the zippers. And oh the relief!!! No more pressure points! I'm trying to just take ibuprofen and get away from the pain meds. I will assist I putting decorations on the Christmas tree. Hope everyone is healing well and having a wonderful holiday season! Updated on 25 Nov 2016: Still lots of swelling and not standing up straight. I feel good, just have to do a little at a time. Before pics are in another device will upload later... Updated on 26 Nov 2016: Scar looks good. There is still a layer of glue over it, but I think it looks good. Very low, looks very straight so far... go back to Dr. K on Monday, hopefully at least one drain will come out. I will be going back to work on Thursday, so it would be nice to have one less thing to deal with. I feel good today, definitely not back to myself as I have to take breaks in between tasks. I hope everybody is either looking forward to their future procedures or healing wonderfully from ones already completed. Updated on 14 Dec 2016: Updated on 14 Dec 2016: Drain finally out! Yay!!! I will not miss my little friend! Step one to being able to enjoy the results... Dr. Kordestani has been wonderful! Updated on 14 Mar 2017: I haven't posted in a while. I wasn't able to get before pics off of my old phone so I had to take pictures of pictures of the before. I feel really good and I am happy with the results so far, I just hope some of swelling will still go away above my belly button. It was a long recovery, but I do not regret it at all. I am thankful for this site because it did help a lot in researching before I made the decision to have the procedure. I am also thankful for my surgeon as he and his staff have been wonderful! Hope everyone is doing well and getting the information you need before you take this step... happy healing!!!

$6,000Breast Lift with Implants

If You've Been on the Fence - Take the Leap and Do It! - Amarillo, TX

I was 46yrs old when I finally had the money and nerve to do it. As the eldest of 3 girls, I was the tall skinny flat-chested girl while my sisters were blessed with ample cleavage. When I finally decided to do it I had read nearly every blog, every review and talked to any woman whom I had known had an augmentation. My husband was supportive either way - he knew how much I had wanted to do this. Because of my age, and after the plastic surgeon had examined me, he felt it was necessary, for the best look, to also perform a lift along with the augmentation. I wasn't going for a "fake" look - I wanted a natural look in proportion to my shoulders (I have wide shoulders). I'm 5'10 lean. I wore 38B (one boob was actually an A cup). I chose the Low-profile implants - silicone. The PS used 400cc (equals to a D cup on me) under the muscle. My recovery was fairly easy. I had no problems lifting my arms or anything like that. The worst was probably the incision around the areola While necessary because of the lift, it was the longest to heal (no loss of sensation tho). Four years later and the thin vertical scar from areola to base of breast is faint. The scarring around the areola is fainter but there is no longer a "roundish" areola, as the scars prevent the perfect looking one. The first couple years I was really bummed but in reality, the only two people that see my full nude breast is my hubs and I and he isn't bothered in the least. The biggest adjustment for me was learning to purchase blouses differently. Before I could wear any buttoned shirt - not now. I have found a good seamstress when alternations are needed. Worth the extra money! If you're in your 40's and beyond and still thinking about a breast lift/augmentation - go for it!
