I have been unhappy with my upper thighs all of my adult life. I contemplated liposuction for several years and finally decided to do it before my 50th birthday. Dr. Gingrass was my third consultation with various plastic surgeons, and I immediately knew I would choose her to perform my surgery. She explained that lipo would not give me the results I wanted and in fact I needed a leg lift. Although a more major surgery than I hoped, she was honest, upfront and very empathetic.

Dr Gingrass was simply amazing. From the consultation to post op the care and support she has provided has been top notch. I love the results of my Mommy Makeover, chin lipo and implant. My entire life, I had a double chin, it didn't matter if I weighed 100 lbs or 160 lbs at 5'10", I still had a double chin. I hated having my picture taken. Between having severe asymmetric breast and the loose skin after having two kids left me uncomfortable being naked or even in a bathing suit.
