I had tuberous breasts and had an initial breast lift 12 months ago with a different surgeon. I wasn't happy with the scar, so I went to Dr Turner for a revision, he suggested a fat transfer as well to improve the breast shape as I didn't want implants and the possible complications that come with them. I am only 10 days post surgery but I couldn't be happier with the results.Dr Turner is amazing , highly recommended. Updated on 10 Nov 2021: 3 weeks post op, still very happy with the results. My main aim was to slightly increase the upper pole of both breasts (which I think the fat transfer has done). I wasn't looking to increase the overall size of my breasts .Small breasts don't really bother me :-) Updated on 28 Jan 2022: Well it’s been 4months. I’m still really happy with the results , my estimate would be about 40% of the fat injected has stayed. Definitely at times I think I should have gone with an implant to give a better size and shape, but the implant horror stories make me quite hesitant. Overall happy with the fat transfer results Updated on 21 Jun 2022: So we are now 8 months post op. Still happy with the shape, however the volume is not as full they used to be, I've lost about 5kg (so that's definitely got nothing to do with the surgeon) ! I would still do this operation over again in a heart beat, very much worth it i think

I had my breast augmentation on the 4.2.19 which was only a few days ago, I’m in love with them already! And wish I did it sooner, However the tightness is driving me insane, any tips and tricks to help with it? I had 450cc’s motiva implants placed under my pectoral muscles. Hi, I have done my BA with Doctor Scott Turner, I will be sharing my experience here from pre-op to post-op. My breast never grew since childhood and felt insecure having a board like chest. I was hoping pregnancy and breastfeeding will change it. But after having a child and seeing how my chest stay the same for years I took the plunge and embarked on this BA journey. Some facts from me: 37 years old 1 child 34AA flat BWD 12 52KG I wear size 10 (AU/NZ) Pre-Op Consultation My first consultation was scheduled August 7th, I met the doctor at his Dee Why office. He was friendly and patient in answering my questions. He even made sure I understood the risk and complication of BA. We decided upon Motiva Implants as I was impressed by the less than 1% rate of capsular contracture. I told him I want my breast to look natural and not too big. The doctor took a 3D imaging using a photographic machine and after measuring my chest, he referred to a motiva chart and proposed 300cc. I tried on the sizer and I liked how it looked just like me wearing my padded bra. He also suggested 340cc and said they would give my breasts a bit more volume. He proposed doing some fat grafting around my cleavage area to smoothen the edge of the implants since I have literally no breast tissue to cover. Updated on 30 Oct 2018: Just a quick update : I am feeling more comfortable now and going back to work tomorrow. My surgeon placed the implants using dual plane technique and through the breast fold incision. My scar looked ok so far, I started applying scar gel since day 5. There were slight bruises around my cleavage area, where the surgeon injected fat, i got 60 gm on my right breast and 40gm on my left. I want to add that I find wearing a thin shirt under the surgical bra helps a lot after i developed some itchy rashes around the armpit and bra seams since post op 3 days. I got these airism shirts from uniqlo, they have been godsent. Updated on 30 Oct 2018: I woke up in the recovery unit with a pair of breast, I was glad that I didn't feel any discomfort waking up from General Anaesthetic. Just feeling a little sore at the tummy, where fat was withdrawn. I was checked out of hospital after a few hours. The surgery was of minimal pain and there's no need of drains at all. I was given pain killer - Panadein but I only used them before bed since day 3 and I was completely free of painkiller starting from day 5. Updated on 9 Nov 2018: 2 more days until 4th week post op. Feeling so much better this week, still getting that tightness feeling from time to time. Sleep has been good, I have trained myself to sleep on my back and I no longer sleeping with 2 pillows prodded up. They are still very firm and I hope they will get soften soon. Have been applying bio oil twice per day to prevent stretch marks. Scars are healing well.

I had Rhinoseptoplasty with Dr Turner in Jan 2017. I met with him several times prior to my surgery and he made me feel very comfortable and confident. My surgery went well and my recovery was good also. Dr was very helpful and follow up was great. I've seen him several times post op and will see him again for any future surgical needs. Highly recommend.

My experience with Dr Turner was amazing. I was able to book in for surgery when I wanted and the process was so easy. The staff has been amazing from my first consultation to now (4 months post op). I absolutely recommend Dr Turner and his team, getting a breast augmentation with them was the best decision of my life. I have gained so much more confidence since and I cannot thank Dr Turner enough for my amazing new additions.

Dr Turner performed my breast reduction 2.5 yrs ago. I'm a bit of a tom boy, not really into girly things, and frankly, a bit put off by plastic surgery culture. But I had 16H breasts and wanted a reduction for years. Dr Turner was extremely professional and put me at ease regarding the procedure. The price was completely reasonable. Surgery day went on without a hitch. Afterwards, two of the nurses I interacted with told me they were definitely going to Dr Turner in the future for post-baby breast lifts. Over two years on, I could not be happier. I have tolerable scars on natural looking breasts, and most importantly, I fit in my clothes, can go for a jog and continue to feel incredibly confident.

I have a background hx of having undergone a breast reduction when I was 20 yrs of age secondary to large breasts pstosis. This operation was worthwhile although I was never 100% happy with the shape of my breasts and lack of cleavage which was only worsened by breastfeeding. Only minimal to moderate pain was experienced for the first few days and 1 wk post I am back to driving.

My breasts look completely natural and perfectly proportioned!! Dr Turner is a creative Genius!! And funnily enough he seems quite embarrassed by praise. Which he shouldn't because he's Brilliant!!!
