Just have been operated. Somehow from the beginning felt positive and trusted the doctor. I have breast asymmetry and required also fat grafting in one breast. Everything went well, in a recovery mode now. Very sleepy. Pain is as if somebody put something heavy on ur chest. Drains will be removed tomorrow and ready to go. Need to walk a lot, but easy and stretch pictorial.I am happy so far.

Slept so bad last night, and had to take pain med just to make it through the night every 2_3 hrs. Walking better this morning, hubby helped and washed my hair, feels refreshing, do not want to take shower yet. Thehardestpart is getting in and out of bed and sleep on the back. Pain is tolerable while on meds

The hardest part is get in and out of bed. I feel much better when walking around, and when I lay to have a nap, it's like to start from scratch, pain comes back, chest swollen.

Day 3 is definitely the day when you start feeling like normal self. I have been moving all day, nothing drastic, just walking, having coffee outside with the family, and all this time felt very well. I kept meds in my purse just in case, but didn't need them. While taking a shower I had a peak at my armpit incisions, and I was so surprised how neat they look. Quiet happy with the doctors job! Just waiting now when they soften to get an idea which size I have, hoping for a full D, I still think I should go one size bigger. The other issue that is bothering me a lot is bloating. I cannot really see the proportion of my breasts now with the big pouch popping out. Hope that goes away soon.

I am feeling very good. The areas where the fat was taken is very bruised and numbness goes away, it start to hurt a bit.
The breasts are tights, I would compare this to breast feeding, when the milk comes first time, or when you don't pump for

Scars are pretty visible, my doc says applying scars creams don't really help much, but I bought some anyways. Plan to start after stitches removed.

I decided to update a bit. I am on vacation, and do not have time to concentrate on my new breast, but just enjoy beautiful see and quality time with my family.
The down side: I am already fed up of sleeping on my back :-). I regret if not going one size bigger. I am still very bruised and cannot enjoy Sun.
The pro side: no pain and the swelling goes down. I flew 4hrs flight on the 4th day p.I, and no problem. My scars are healing very well. The breasts are dropping abit and swelling goes down.
I am still in "granny" bra lol and cannot wait to put on Smith nice for my hubby to see it sexy, rather than unattractive.
Anybody with regrets over the size? Did you get over it or went for reversion? Is reversion a starting from scratch procedure or less painful since the pocket has been done already? I will appreciate any comments on the size, as it drives me nuts!

Its been a bit over a month. I am doing very well, the scars get more and more invisible, the breasts drop little by little, but not there yet. They feel softer. I have noticed that the size takes it turn! I have been a bit worried that I would want a size bigger, but now, when they start to drop, they look bigger and not so flat. I am very, very happy with my surgeon's work! Only experienced doctor could do such an amazing work! I have been very bruised at first, but that never bothered me, because it did not hurt. I do feel my sides a bit numb after about 3 weeks p.o, the places where the fat was taken to transfer into my left breast, due to asymmetry. It still looks a bit smaller though, but not so visible. I have not down any massage so far, and am researching now on whats best. I can sleep on my sides, not fully, with turn and toss, but still is a progress, as I hate sleeping on my back :) I am wearing my new 34E!!! underwire bra (36 B before), full cup coverage, and cannot wait to get into a push up bra. I have never had any problems with raising my hands up. I did have a bot of pain in upper pole of my breast (muscle) around 3 weeks p.o, but that gone after taking some ibuprofen, and relaxing, wearing sport bra (the tank type) actually helped me a lot! May be its the compression, or whatever, the pain has gone, after some time. Now I am just waiting for them to drop. I am so happy I choose the auxillary incisions, you hardly ever see them! I am wearing sleeveless dress to work, and nobody would even say I have done my BA. I am very happy with the results.

Just sharing some recovering, bloated, bruised pictures. I went through all of it, with no much pain. Looks scary though.

Almost 2 years later and i am very happy with the results. I definitely like the size and the shape. I got used to them like they have been always mine.
I have a little discomfort on left breast, and it feels like liquid or gell substance is moving. I dont know what it is but i do not have any pain.
I am happy i went submuscular and aux.
