WORTH IT$6,700
Almost 2 years later and i am very happy with the results. I definitely like the size and the shape. I got used to them like they have been always mine.
I have a little discomfort on left breast, and it feels like liquid or gell substance is moving. I dont know what it is but i do not have any pain.
I am happy i went submuscular and aux.

Just sharing some recovering, bloated, bruised pictures. I went through all of it, with no much pain. Looks scary though.

The results look amazing and the postop seems pretty smooth! I see you're from the UK, how come you decided to go all the way to Barcelona to have the procedure? Would you recommend it in spite of the hassle? Also, did you go under the muscle or subfascial? How come you had to get fat grafting for the size difference, couldn't it be done by using 2 different sizes?
Sorry about all these questions but the results are pretty amazing and Im really looking forward to your feedback!!!
Thanks

Hi Liftflower! I have done my breasts while on vacation in Barcelona. Yes, it does worth the hassle. Till the date I travelled, I was not sure I would do it, but visiting the clinic, and getting comfortable with the doctor and facilities, I made my decision in one day. The post op recovery took about 3-4 days in bed, and on the 4th day I could walk around Barcelona, and enjoy the rest of my vacation. I went sub muscular, transax, and very, very happy with the results. I am happy that I do not have scars under my breast or around areola, thought it was also proposed, and the decision was mine to make. The transax scars are barely visible now, and in a year time, would fade more, and if not, I plan to tattoo them to match the skin colour. I had to sleep on my back for about 1 months, and that really sucked. The bruising with fat grafting looked bad, but did not hurt much. The fat grafting itself was an option to even my chest cavity inequity, since I already went with two different implants (450/400) and moderate and moderate plus profiles. I kind of liked the idea of fat grafting, because it also helped me remove some fat from my sides. I am going to post more pic soon, as the breasts settled now and look so, so much natural. Most of the people do not even know I have done them, they look so natural!Any questions-ask please, I am happy to help.

1+ Month since augmentation
Its been a bit over a month. I am doing very well, the scars get more and more invisible, the breasts drop little by little, but not there yet. They feel softer. I have noticed that the size takes it turn! I have been a bit worried that I would want a size bigger, but now, when they start to drop, they look bigger and not so flat. I am very, very happy with my surgeon's work! Only experienced doctor could do such an amazing work! I have been very bruised at first, but that never bothered me, because it did not hurt. I do feel my sides a bit numb after about 3 weeks p.o, the places where the fat was taken to transfer into my left breast, due to asymmetry. It still looks a bit smaller though, but not so visible. I have not down any massage so far, and am researching now on whats best. I can sleep on my sides, not fully, with turn and toss, but still is a progress, as I hate sleeping on my back :) I am wearing my new 34E!!! underwire bra (36 B before), full cup coverage, and cannot wait to get into a push up bra. I have never had any problems with raising my hands up. I did have a bot of pain in upper pole of my breast (muscle) around 3 weeks p.o, but that gone after taking some ibuprofen, and relaxing, wearing sport bra (the tank type) actually helped me a lot! May be its the compression, or whatever, the pain has gone, after some time. Now I am just waiting for them to drop. I am so happy I choose the auxillary incisions, you hardly ever see them! I am wearing sleeveless dress to work, and nobody would even say I have done my BA. I am very happy with the results.
