My surgery is in 15 days!! It is undecided on which size of implants... I want to go my Max so my surgeon ordered 500, 520, 560, and 605ccs. I'm 5'7 155lbs. Sure Ill be happy with whatever fits. I'm a little nervous what if 605 is too big? Black Hill Plastic Surgery has been absolutely wonderful as I am very indecisive and over analyze everything. Any thoughts or advice would be helpful as still I am unsure it seems I'm going much bigger then most but I know what I want image wise. I've posted wish photos and before pics. Updated on 14 Apr 2021: So this is me now VS very sexy push up in a size larger than I actually am 36C I'm barely a 36B I can't wait till I won't have to wear a bra if I don't want too!! I think I'm going to go with the 560cc's... Any thoughts lady's? I am so excited ???? Updated on 29 Apr 2021: My surgery went great! I was so nervous, my surgeon wasn't sure if the 605s would fit so she had order the smaller Implants and a spacer to strech aswell. When I came out of anesthesia she said "we got him we got them in" I was so happy! Although I was still disoriented form the meds I to take a look and omg so nice! As of now the tightness from the swelling is setting in. Can't use my arms hardly at all. Staying on top meds. Laying up right with neck pillow seems to help. My honey has been awesome helping with every thing. Thank God feeling blessed! Here are some photos taken hrs after surgery and some this morning! Updated on 29 Apr 2021: So the swelling is really setting in really thats thing thing that's bothering me. Im keeping up on my meds and Ice packs are my best friend today. Can't wait till the swelling goes down and the drop and fluff take affect! I can say enough about Black Hills Plastic Surgery Dr.Mary Snyder is absolutely wonderful and the Surgery Center is so great they accommodated me made sure I got what I wanted without question. The pics Im is from right after surgery morning afternoon and this evening.

My breast reduction was excellent and exactly what I requested. My recovery was smooth and quick. I recommend Dr. Snyder to anyone who asks, because she was professional, honest, and kind. I also recommend completing the surgery at the Surgery Center.

I LOVED IT! I really love my results! Exactly what I wanted! Dr. Snyder was SOOO patient with me and my husband as we asked questions (sometimes the same question more than once :)) and made decisions. It was all her way of making sure I was happy with the process and results. She is so down to earth and made me feel comfortable every step of the way! TWO THUMBS UP for DR. SNYDER!!

This doctor was by far the most caring and friendly specialist I’ve ever seen! She took the time to listen to my concerns and her surgical skills are top notch! From the first appointment that i saw her to the very last i always felt like she genuinely cared about my concerns. I was very nervous as I’ve never had surgery before and she made me feel very at ease. She worked hard to get my insurance to approve my surgery. My after appearance has given me so much of my life back.

Had an amazing experience with Dr. Synder. She spent a lot of time answering my 2 pages worth of questions during my consult and never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question and was very thorough with her explanations. She and her staff were very friendly and professional and I always felt that my care/comfort was their highest priority. Dr. Synder was extremely helpful with picking the appropriate size of implant that fit my body type and my personal goals. I am now only 8 days post op but I am extremely happy with my results and my recovery has gone very well with minimal pain. My post op care has been great and she and her staff have been there with any questions that I've had in between appointments. She made me feel very comfortable and confident in my care and surgical plan. I would highly recommend Dr. Synder and her staff to anyone. Updated on 21 Feb 2019: I'm now 3.5 months post op and could not be happier with my results. I would reccomend Dr. Synder to anyone considering breast augmentation surgery. My pre and post op care was great and I always felt like I was receiving the best care possible. She does amazing work!

Dr Snyder is not only an amazing surgeon, but so personable and listens to you as a patient. She takes pride in her work and truly cares about making her patients happy. She did an amazing job on my surgery and I would (and have) recommend her to everyone!

Excellent! I had been debating about whether to have a breast reduction for years and was apprehensive during my consultation. Both Dr Synder and the staff were very welcoming and the visit was informative. All my questions were answered and my doubts were eased. I felt good about going ahead with the procedure. The procedure itself was easier than anticipated and I am extremely happy with the results. I have had questions along my post op course and Dr Snyder was quick to answer them . I love my results and am very happy that I had the procedure done. Dr Snyder is amazing!

Dr Snyder is a fantastic doctor. I had been debating for about a year about getting a breast augmentation after nursing four kids for a year each. A friend of mine went to Dr Snyder for an augmentation and had fantastic results. She recommended her wholeheartedly, so I made an appointment for a consultation. At that point, I still wasn’t sure if I would be willing to trust a doctor to do the surgery, but after meeting her I was convinced she was the right surgeon and I was comfortable enough to know she would do a great job. I’m an athlete and very active and was concerned about going too big. She understood and was able to guide me through the process. I just wanted to replace what I had lost after four pregnancies and four years of nursing. She isn’t pushy, and doesn’t try to convince you that you need something else or go larger/smaller, she just wants you to love your results. I could not be more pleased with my results. Dr Snyder is personable, reasonable, and a perfectionist. She wanted me to look my best and be happy with the end result...and I truly am! Thanks to Dr Snyder for such a fantastic experience! I am so happy I trusted her with my surgery!

My entire experience with Dr Snyder was exceptional! The office staff was helpful, polite and on top of everything. Dr. Snyder was informative, kind, friendly, and very professional. Everything went great from the day of surgery all the way through my post operative care. My questions were answered and my concerns were acknowledged.
