So the swelling is really setting in really thats thing thing that's bothering me. Im keeping up on my meds and Ice packs are my best friend today. Can't wait till the swelling goes down and the drop and fluff take affect! I can say enough about Black Hills Plastic Surgery Dr.Mary Snyder is absolutely wonderful and the Surgery Center is so great they accommodated me made sure I got what I wanted without question. The pics Im is from right after surgery morning afternoon and this evening.

My surgery went great! I was so nervous, my surgeon wasn't sure if the 605s would fit so she had order the smaller Implants and a spacer to strech aswell. When I came out of anesthesia she said "we got him we got them in" I was so happy! Although I was still disoriented form the meds I to take a look and omg so nice! As of now the tightness from the swelling is setting in. Can't use my arms hardly at all. Staying on top meds. Laying up right with neck pillow seems to help. My honey has been awesome helping with every thing. Thank God feeling blessed!

So this is me now VS very sexy push up in a size larger than I actually am 36C I'm barely a 36B I can't wait till I won't have to wear a bra if I don't want too!! I think I'm going to go with the 560cc's... Any thoughts lady's? I am so excited ????

I haven't decided yet. I'm thinking somewhere in the 450 range. I work out a lot and so I want them to be more natural. I'm 5'8" and 147lbs.

It seems like the bigger the better We seem to regret it after it's all said and done...big or go home!!! Lol.

I know right!! Ahh 9 more days I can't wait... Got everything all ready for the day! Picked up Meds, compression bras, neck pillow, bed rest pillow, surgery outfit (favorite velour zip up hoodie and jogger set)

I'm 3 weeks post op (tomorrow) and the difference a few weeks make is tremendous. Trust the process and enjoy the downtime :)
