Doctor Carlin proved miracles can happen! I started out with zero symmetry. Right breast always felt/looked different. The skin, tissue, crease, areola all felt like it wasn't normal. I was mortified looking at it. 1st BA I got 360cc full profile natrelle through bottom of areola incision with a peri lift on my "deformed" breast. Peri meaning only the top of the areola was cut and lifted. As you can see what was hoped to be an easy fix just enhance my issue. 5 years of sadness

Dr Carlin is an absolutely wonderful surgeon. From my initial consult, he was very honest with me, he listened to what I wanted, and was very polite and understanding. He removed saline breast implants I had prior and replaced them with silicone and I am so in love! I was so worried my scars would be worse, and he actually took the time to fix my previous scars and made them less noticeable. I am only 4 weeks post op and they already look absolutely incredible. Getting started
I am a mom of one kiddo, 5ft tall, 104 pounds, so very petite. I also workout (no cardio, just weights) alot! Before having my child a few years ago my breast were about a 32B, they blew up to a 34D and deflated to a 32C (in a push up bra). I HAVE to wear a push up bra as they are a bit saggy and it bothers me. I am really hoping for perky, more full and bigger (but not to big) boobs. I'm not really set on a certain size, just mainly perky, full and a bit bigger! I hope I can
Simply the Best
Dr. Carlin is the best, he is honest and will definitely not advise unnecessary procedures. If you are looking for the Best, call him. I personally have had surgery performed by him, and have been extremely happy. Have seen other surgical outcomes that are just beautiful, very natural just setting back the clock.
Lasting results
Dr. Carlin made me feel at ease in the office and on surgery day! I had breast augmentation at age 62 and couldn't be more pleased. I went to him asking for a 'lift' and was advised that a small implant should do the trick and it did. That was 4 years ago and I am still pleased with the results as nothing has changed!
Astounding work and service
De. Carlin is an excellent surgeon. His bedside manner is A1, his work is even better. I had a TT on 7/8/2015 and the results have been amazing. I'm scheduled to go back in for a Breast Reduction as well as liposuction. I highly recommend him as the PS to go to in South Carolina!
The Best!
Dr Carlin takes pride in his work. He has an amazing bedside manner and is honest. He's attentive and very professional along with his entire office staff. Couldn't ask for anything more from a plastic surgeon!
