After losing over 145 lbs naturally, I decided to get a belt lipectomy (360 abdominoplasty). The doctor was great and his team is phenomenal. I am forever grateful to have been able to undergo this treatment as it gave me back a sense of freedom I've never had before. I have been dealing with wound complications for the last 5 months, which to my understanding is "normal" given the extensive nature of the surgery. Regardless, I am still incredibly pleased with my results and would do it again in a heart beat.
I am two months post-op rhinoplasty and I couldn’t be happier with my results. I’ve hated my nose for a very long time and was mainly bothered by my “hump”. The overall procedure went really smooth, the recovery was not to painful but was a little uncomfortable, bruising was minimal after one week! I am so happy I decided to choose Dr.Fouda Neel for my procedure, my nose is not fully healed but I already am very happy! I’ve attached photos!
It has been almost 3 years since my Rhinoplasty and it was one heck of a journey. I have oily skin and I break out easily. I was told if you have this type of “thick” skin it’ll take the swelling the swelling longer to go down. I would say it took my swelling a year and a half to go away completely. I had a wide nose and a dorsal hump I wanted fixed, my surgeon made my nose thinner and gave it a beautiful feminine slope. Here is my timeline: After surgery: wake up with a cast on, very disoriented and woozy. My eyes are starting to swell on both sides and bruising gets worse overnight but I sleep through most of the night while on meds at the hotel. Following day: Eyes bruised and swollen but I can still see. Not in much pain at all. I get approved to head home (2 hour drive). My throat is KILLING me, it’s from the tube they use during surgery and my throat will continue to be the most painful part of recovery over the next week. 1 week Post op: Cast comes off, my nose is hideous! My bridge looks tiny and my tip looks HUGE. Surgeon says it looks good... I’m thinking this man is crazy. Still some bruising. 2 weeks post: bruising basically all gone, stitches are in my nose and are to come out/dissolve on their own. Lots of dried blood in there. Can’t breathe out my nose to save my life. 3 weeks post to 6 months: Nose is numb, only painful if someone hits it (which at the time my boyfriend did a few times...) and the tip remains hideous. I hated my nose for months and months, thinking I made a mistake. 6 months to a year+: Swelling goes down, tip gains definition slowly but surely, getting more compliments from friends and I’m becoming happier with my decision. I am two months away from my 2 year mark and I can say I have all the feeling in my nose, and I LOVE IT. This was such a difficult journey that I wasn’t expecting to have such a toll on my emotional well-being but I would do it again in a heartbeat. Enjoy the photos!
Very happy with the experience at Dr.Omar Fouda Neel's clinic. I really appreciated how the staff took care of me, especially Tania for always being available whenever I needed her. I highly recommend this clinic!
I decided to get fillers done by Dr. Fouda Neel and couldn’t have been happier with the results! He achieved the most perfect and subtle results that I had wanted. The staff is super serviceable and helpful. And Dr. Fouda Neel is super friendly and down to earth! I am super happy and would definitely recommend him!
Extrement satisfaite des resultats de mes Injections pour avoir été ailleurs par le passé maintenant je ne changerais plus de médeci. Extremely happy with my results with my injections, I would not change!
Excellent team making the preliminary arrangements. Omar has a sensitive approach and gives a complete explanation of the procedure and is open to questions and concerns. The outpatient facility and operative rooms are state of the art and the anesthesiologist was conscientious and administered expert conscious sedation. Tanya is a highly experienced nurse who provided superb post procedure care. At 6 weeks I’m pain free and my cosmetic appearance is exactly as I had anticipated.
Dr Fouda Neil did a breast reconstruction after a mastectomy and the results are perfect. The breasts are the same size and have symmetry . Perfect job. He also removed the wrinkles between the eyes and did a perfect job in making my lips look fuller and younger while keeping a very natural look. I strongly recommend him.
I got Gynecomastia removal with Dr. Fouda Neel. Overall, the experience was straightforward and easy. Liposuction was used as well as an incision under the nipple. You are given a compression garment for a period of 6 weeks. However, I recommend you buy your own compression garment after 2 weeks as the one they give you is quite uncomfortable. Recovery is painful for the first week, after that it is a slight discomfort as if you had a strenuous chest workout. Overall, I am satisfied with my results, although I am still waiting for my scars to heal (min. 6 months). The staff is also very welcoming and professional, I was never made to wait more than 5 minutes.
I had great experience with Dr fouda. I was a bit worried first that I don’t look normal after the surgery. However, I can not notice any scar and I look as I never had the surgery. I highly recommend dr fouda for his artistic work, the great sevice and hospitality of his nurses and assistants.
Good afternoon,Thank you for your question. There is no massaging or stretching that will help the breasts postoperatlively. All the best for your upcoming surgery, and remember to rest and limit your arm movements for the next few weeks afterwards.Good luck!!
The three first weeks following a lip lift, we advise our clients to stick with a soft diet, avoid laughing, and smiling. No use of straws as that movement can put strain on the suture line. After the procedure for the first week it is preferable to keep the stitches clean and dry, only applying an antibacterial ointment. We used a suture that will need to be removed 7 days after surgery. It is advised to have regular follow ups with your board certified plastic surgeon. Best of Luck!
It is too early to look into a reversional surgery, not before at least 6 months, before you may begin seeing the final results. Allowing for time to recover, and heal properly. It is especially important to limit your arm movements, hyperextending your arms, may contribute to additional or prolonged swelling, or pulling which can lead to an accumulation of fluid. Please be sure to follow up with your board certified plastic surgeon for regular check ups.Best of luck!
Thank you for sharing your questions and photos. You seem to be a good candidate for liposuction and skin tightening treatments. An in person consultation is absolutely necessary of course. You should be at a stable weight before undergoing any surgical intervention. Be sure to consult in person with a board certified plastic surgeon for best results. Best of luck to you!
Thank you for sharing your question. In some cases patients see no results until the 14th day post treatment. Be patient and wait the full 2 week period. If by day 14 you still see no results - follow up with your injector, you may require more product.
