My experience with Dr. Sisto has been great. Honest, straightforward doctor. I’m two weeks post op and this procedure has already relieved the pain in my back. I also physically look better as my body is more proportioned now. I had this procedure done at Mia Aesthetics in Chicago Il.

Two drs turned me down before he took me on. They said I would need to lose 30-50 lbs... then I would need my whole body corrected. No thank you. I went to dr Todd Sisto and everything went smooth since my first free consult to the end. My friend used I’m and got wonderful results. I am so glad I chose him. Straight wonderful smooth scar. Perfectly flat tummy and pretty thin belly button. Stretch marks gone and it even looks like I have abs. Great bed side manor and extremely knowledgeable.

I had breast reduction surgery done when I lived in Arkansas several years ago. I was never happy with the results. Dr. Sisto made suggestions that I finally went with and I could not be happier with the results. 

I had slim lipo done 4 months ago and am so glad I did! I work out 4 to 5 days a week and couldn't seem to get rid of the pooch on my abdomin. I'm still semi-young and can get away with wearing a bikini, but didn't want to with my "pooch" hanging out. I went to Dr. Sisto for the slim lipo procedure in hopes for a significant change. I can now actually see the "six pack" abs now and my stomach is flat again. 

I went to Dr Sisto In August 2022. I went to him through Mia Aesthetics. The price was reasonable since it's in Chicago, most surgeons in Chicago are slightly more expensive. I can tell Dr Sisto is over it. My lipo is uneven and not his best work.I look reduced in the midsection but again not his best work. I had so many holes in me I can't even keep count. I was not instructed to shave my pubic area. When I woke up there was an incision in my pubic area where there was hair, who would create an incision on top of hair? That's SREAMING for an infection! Anyways if you're looking for fast cheap surgery please go to him. The bedside manner was nonexistent. I wouldn't recommend or go back. Oh and they don't prescribe good pain medication. Don't worry you'll be in intense pain for about 3 days after that whatever they give you should be strong enough to help manage your pain.

Lacks empathy and arrogant - I was extremely disappointed when meeting him nor did I feel comfortable (you're not allowed to meet him until surgery day). He marked me up and didn't ask what I wanted. I had to tell him before we slipped out the door, otherwise he just didn't care. His goal was to get me on the table and move on to the next as quickly as possible. He also emphasized how he doesn't do free revisions before even marking me up and explained if something doesn't look as expected, it's indicative of how the patient healed and not his work. He also made rude comments towards other doctors. Many of the things he said are things that should be said during consultation, not prior to sticking an iv in. Overall, I would not recommend - there are tons of doctors that produce amazing work and understand how to treat people; this doctor does not.

I had a bbl done by Doctor Todd Sisto of Mia Aesthetics Chicago IL on 5/17/21 in which I was botched and left with a very noticeably asymmetrical butt!! My result became very apparent six months p.o which resulted in me being ashamed embarrassed and in denial!! I reached out to the revisions department while 8 months p.o in which I had to provide them with photos and a statement to be approved!! Its been months and no response from them. I call and get placed on hold until I end the call. This lets me know they don’t care about the quality of the work or satisfaction of the patients who spend hard earned money with them!! I am a 29 year old mother of 2 little girls, ready to get rid of my saggy stomach once and forever! I met with my doctor about 2 weeks before the surgery. He explained the pros and cons with me, answered all of my questions. I highly recommend him! The hospital had me come in for blood work and pregnancy test a week before my procedure. I had to be at the hospital at 5:30am for my 8am surgery. The tummy tuck was done by noon. I threw up about 5 times in the 12 hours after the tummy tuck. That was the worst part!! Such abdominal pain. None of the medication I had was helping. My husband bought me some peppermint oil and gingerale, that did the trick. No more throwing up since then. I have been able to give myself a shower and go to the bathroom by myself, and its only day 2. The pain wasnt as bad as I expected. I lay in the recliner during the daytime and sleep in my bed on my back or my side, with a pillow between my knees. The part that is most painful are the drains. I cannot wait until they are removed on Monday (day 4). I will post after pictures as soon as the doctor gives me the OK to remove the compression garment. So far, its been a great experience. I am able to walk around and move freely. Updated on 12 Feb 2011: Feb 2011. It has been 10 months since my tummy tuck and the results get better and better. It took a good 6 months for the swelling to go down to where I was comfortable. My tummy is still very numb. The scar area is still red but fading and not so thick and distinct. My tummy looks similar to what it was the first week post surgery. I had alot more fat to get rid of than most women in my lower area. My doctor was upfront with me on what to expect, that the scar would be high, bikinis would still be out of the question, but it makes a HUGE difference in my clothes.

I decided to have a tummy tuck after my 3rd child. she really did a number. I had no stretch marks but lax skin that petruded when I sat down. I chose to have a TT, MR AND LIPO to fix my problem. I thought a TT would make me happier about myslef. After several meeting with my PS we had established I could have a low scar. When i finally saw my tummy my scar was half way up my belly. This has put me in an emotional state of mind I cant snap out of. This is not what we talked abt. Not only the scar but I had increased swelling at day 14 an the PS said I coud have pulled a stitch (How I would have done this is beyond me I have been on my butt for 2 wks.) If I could do this all over I would have taken more time to find a better PS. That would have given me what I payed for. Updated on 3 Jun 2009: I am now 9 weeks an still unhappy. I have spoke with my PS abt scar revision and he wants to charge me. I also have excess skin an jigglyness in my upper tummy. I asked him abt it an he pinched the rolls an told me to put it on the back burner. Why did I even pay him? This is crazy I trusted him and he lied to me. I wish I woiuld have choosen a different PS. Now im having to pay another 8 grand to have it fixed.   Updated on 28 Feb 2010: Updated on 26 Jun 2012: 3 yrs have gone and passed since I had my first Tummy Tuck. When I think about what happen and the outcome of my first tummy tuck it still creates a tornado of emotions. I wont finish this update without tears in my eyes. I trusted a board certified surgeon practicing in Inverness Florida to preform a TT that ended with disasterous results. I have decided to post pictures this time to show what I started at, where I went and where it ended. Two years after the first procedure I found an amazing Plastic Surgeon in Ocala, Florida, Dr Nijher. I will admit he wasn't the first surgeon I met with to discuss revisions, but he was the most honest and forthcoming about my situation and gave me realistic hopes.
