Dr. Hoffman went above and beyond my expectations. I experienced a complication post op but he addressed it immediately and continued to follow up to be sure I was okay. He did everything to make me feel comfortable and heal properly! I am very pleased with my results as well. I had 6 lbs of skin removed and my diastasis recti fixed. I am a little over a year post op and everything healed perfectly.

My experience with Dr. Hoffman was amazing! I underwent a nipple and skin sparing double mastectomy with immediate reconstruction over the pectoral muscles 3 months ago after being diagnosed with breast cancer, and truly within the first month I was already so satisfied with my results. We talked openly and clearly about my goals and what was and wasn’t realistic for him to do for me, which I really appreciated. My overall goal was to remain as close to what I had pre surgery, but maybe a bit bigger - and we can barely tell the difference between my pre surgery and 3 month post op photos, though they are slightly larger which is great! Undergoing this kind of procedure can be so scary when you don’t know the outcome, but Dr. Hoffman and his staff were so friendly and reassuring, and my results are proof that they deliver! I used their silagen scar gel for the past 3 months along with scar tape for the last 1.5 months and my scars are looking better and better everyday. Thanks again to the entire team for making an otherwise scary experience smooth from start to finish! I’d recommend them wholeheartedly and hope that other women can benefit from this procedure. Despite what I’ve gone through, I still feel like me, and that’s more than I could ask for.

Dr. Hoffman was amazing! I had a very difficult surgery and he was able to explain the procedure and answer all my questions and concerns I had. He took really great care of me during my hospital stay and with my follow up appointments. His staff were wonderful and very helpful and supportive! I highly recommend Dr. Hoffman!

I went to Ryan Hoffman because I read his reviews on real self and was able to see that he has a lot of experience with but implants and his work looks very nice. I took the drive to go meet him and do a consultation. It was a little bit far away for me a few hours away. he was so kind and honest. I knew I wanted to do surgery as soon as possible and booked the soonest available. He said that he would do his best so that I would wake up with implants which made me so happy. He let me know the risks and the possible things that could go wrong. I made the choice to get the implants put in. he was able to put in a larger size and I had before which made me really happy. He also said he would fix my scar that the other doctors made horribly. I can’t wait to see the final result but I will let myself heal properly !!! Doctor Hoffman is so amazing I 1000% recommend him! Trying to ignore it. Pain on and off I’m trying to keep the garment in the exact right place to allow for proper healing. Really excited and happy Looking forward to the incision healing. Trying to not bend at all I love how big it is He really did an amazing job with the scar. I posted the before picture with how awful the scar was made before this surgery. The doctor mentioned wanting to make it look better. Updated on 7 Feb 2025: Loooks good with compression shorts on under pants. Implant sliding down. I try to not put pressure on the implants and sit with a pillow still. I’m not sure what can help the implants to stop sliding down. I can see the outline of the implant when bending. When I touch it I can feel it as well. I’ll start slowly working out. I’m very fearful of the implants detaching again like last time so I’m wearing compression shorts 24/7 again….

Dr Hoffman is excellent! I was referred to Main Line Plastic Surgery by my oncologist to perform breast reconstruction after a bilateral mastectomy. From my first appointment, I knew this was the right doctor for me. Dr. Hoffman prepared me for pre-op, surgery, recovery, and revision possibilities. He and his staff have been supportive, patient, and professional!

I am very happy with Dr. Hoffman. My first meeting with Dr. Hoffman was after having facial Mohs surgery and I was very satisfied with the results. When I was interested in some facial procedures I saw Dr. Hoffman for a consultation and he was the only Dr. I consulted with. I am now 3+ months post op Blepharoplasty (upper and lower eyelid surgery.) I would recommend my family and friends to Dr. Hoffman. The entire staff is wonderful, professional and caring. I will continue to see Dr. Hoffman and The Med Spa for any continued treatments.

Dr Hoffman was recommended by my Dermatologist. I interviewed 2 other plastic surgeons in the area and found him to be the most experienced and capable doctor out of the 3. His approach was an anchor incision and he used lipo to even the breasts out. I'm 3 months into recovery and I'm very happy with the results.

After several consults with doctors I met with Dr. Hoffman and immediately knew he was the one I wanted for my Abdominoplasty. He was knowledgeable and direct from the beginning. He understood what I was looking to accomplish after having 5 kids (2 sets of twins)! He was patient and took time to answer all of my questions and I couldn’t be happier with my results! His staff is amazing and just as sweet as ever also. I have nothing but great things to say about their office.

Dr Hoffman and his staff were just amazing!!! I had my original breast implants 10 years ago by Dr. Hoffman. After a routine mammogram, it was discovered that I had a "gel leak" in one of the implants. I immediately call the office and was brought in for an appointment within 24 hours!!! Dr. Hoffman was exceptional at putting my mind at ease, but it was necessary to have them replaced. I was scheduled for the replacement and a lift within no time. Although I was a little nervous, Dr. Hoffman and his staff were so reassuring and comforting as to what to expect. After surgery when I had a question, and on a day Dr. Hoffman was not in the office, he returned my call and even face timed me!!! Four months post op......and I feel amazing!!!! THANK YOU DR. HOFFMAN
