Direct to Implant, Skin and Nipple Sparing Double Mastectomy Results

My experience with Dr. Hoffman was amazing! I underwent a nipple and skin sparing double mastectomy with immediate reconstruction over the pectoral muscles 3 months ago after being diagnosed with breast cancer, and truly within the first month I was already so satisfied with my results. We talked openly and clearly about my goals and what was and wasn’t realistic for him to do for me, which I really appreciated. My overall goal was to remain as close to what I had pre surgery, but maybe a bit bigger - and we can barely tell the difference between my pre surgery and 3 month post op photos, though they are slightly larger which is great! Undergoing this kind of procedure can be so scary when you don’t know the outcome, but Dr. Hoffman and his staff were so friendly and reassuring, and my results are proof that they deliver! I used their silagen scar gel for the past 3 months along with scar tape for the last 1.5 months and my scars are looking better and better everyday. Thanks again to the entire team for making an otherwise scary experience smooth from start to finish! I’d recommend them wholeheartedly and hope that other women can benefit from this procedure. Despite what I’ve gone through, I still feel like me, and that’s more than I could ask for.
