Lower Bleph Disaster

Surgery to eliminate droopy eyelids and eliminate lower lid hollowness,I had an upper and lower bleph done on July 20th. I am now 4 1/2 months post op. My upper lids are fine my lower lids are not. I have swollen areas below my lower lids. My one side is less swollen than the other, but the skin is sagging a bit. Also, I still have a lot of hollowness which is what I thought the lower bleph was suppose to eliminate. Now my lower eye area looks worse to me than before I had the surgery. I have returned to my surgeon twice since the surgery for check ups. On my last visit he agreed that my lower eyelid was swollen and he did not understand why as there is nothing in my medical history that would explain this. He told me to come back in January (6 Months post op) and he would remove a small crescent of skin below the lower lids.Pro: Upper lids are good.Con:Lower lids still swollen with some saggy skin and hollownessWhat I would like to know is if this sounds like a reasonable corrective procedure? Also, will this address the hollowness by pulling the skin tighter? I would appreciate any in put you can provide. By the way I went to a "Top Doc" at the University of Pennsylvania who came highly recommended.
