My first procedure was in January 2013 in Maitland, FL by Dr. Papsidero. The cost was $10,100 and the staff was extremely nice at first. After I had the procedure, I couldn't see a difference so I went back in to discuss my dissatisfaction and was treated so poorly, you'd think I hadn't paid my bill. The amount was paid in full prior to the procedure. It felt as though, they had my money so my satisfaction didn't matter. My second appointment was at 12:00 pm, after an hour of waiting, I asked the receptionist if I was going to be able to be seen today. Finally at 1:15 they called me back to an office and asked me to sign a waiver releasing them from any responsibility of a second procedure to get the results I was looking for. After refusing to sign, I contacted the better business bureau and that is when Corporate contacted me. They put me in touch with Dr. Campanelli in Bloomington, MN I met with Dr. Campanelli in June of 2014 and had my second procedure on September 16, 2014. I would like to thank his staff for treating me the way they would like to be treated. The staff is very professional and Dr. Campanelli was very understanding and polite. I am extremely happy with the procedure he performed. After my first procedure, no one noticed. After the procedure with Dr. Campanelli I received more compliments on how good I looked. My 10 year old grandson told me, "Wow grandma, you look really good, you could pass for like 29," Now I know that kid's say the darndest things, but the fact that he noticed, and enough to say something is priceless. Because of the dissatisfaction with my first procedure, Dr. Campanelli contacted Lifesyle corporate to discuss reimbursement and re-did the procedure for me for free, my only cost at that time was $400 for the supplies. I honestly hope Lifestyle makes sure Dr. Campanelli is compensated for the entire amount of the procedure as he provided service that Dr Papsidero could not. Thank you Dr. Campanelli

The whole process was up-lifting! The Life Style staff is very professional. Dr. Campanelli is an amazing Dr. He is a miracle worker! He is so easy to talk to. He has to be one of the top cosmetic Doctors in the nation! He knows exactly what you need done & is very honest. I am so very happy with the results & would do it all again in a heart beat! Dr Campanelli has been my Botox and filler injector for 8 years. He is very precise , gentle and always listens to exactly what my needs are . Before I began seeing Dr Campanelli my experience with another injector was very disappointing . I would leave with bruising and always felt the Doctor was rushing. Thankfully I found Dr Campanelli and I am continually assured that the quality of care I receive from him is the very best in the industry ! I would recommend him to anyone!!

As an active energetic person I keep myself in shape, always wear a pedometer, eat healthy, but had no control over my aging facial skin. LSL was the answer. The procedure was pleasant, recovery a bit scary for a few days, results amazing! I told no one, went back to work after a week, and the comments "I love your hair!"

I am a 35 year old, hard working mother of two young children. I live in the Midwest, where Botox and fillers seem like treatments only people in Hollywood would do. This was my first introduction to Botox and fillers; I had no idea that so many people, even in the Midwest, have had these types of treatments. I was specifically concerned that after my injections I wouldn’t look like myself. I was worried that my husband would say, “What did you do to yourself!” I didn’t want to look too filled and unnatural. I couldn’t believe the results! I looked ten years younger and the change was so natural that even my husband couldn’t pin point what had been done. He would comment on how good I looked but never figured it out.  

I had Ultherapy today on my lower face and neck. The entire procedure took about 45 minutes. I asked for pain meds and shots prior, and I'm glad I did. While it didn't hurt much, there were areas that were really sensitive. Thatt said, I don't have a very high pain tolerance. Dr. C performed my procedure. He guided me step by step through the process and I couldn't have felt more comfortable and secure. It's only been a few hours, but I do feel tightness in both my jaw and neck. More to come.

I am left with the same sagging jowls and neck, after going through a great deal of pain and expense. I now have permanent nerve damage (numbness) around my face edges and up into my hair line. My cheeks also burn, itch and sting. I have contacted Lifestyle Lift and they choose to ignore me. Updated on 16 May 2014: Thank all of you for you for your support. I only wish that others would bombard the BBB in Utah with complaints, and ask their state's Attorney General to investigate LSL for misleading and false advertising. Both FL and NY sued LSL and were awarded $300,000 each. We need to hit them financially in order to get them to stop ignoring us and doing harm to others. Updated on 20 May 2014: I received another message through BBB from Lifestyle Lift. According to them, I am being unreasonable. This is a company that is making millions, and as we baby boomers age, they will make even more, as we are their main target for this surgery. I don't imagine any of them would be willing to go through this kind of pain and mental anguish and pay $13,107 for it, only to come out looking worse than they did before the surgery. Lifestyle Lift needs to take responsibility for their actions. People who have good results say that we are a small percentage - would they be saying that if they had the results like I did. Gloria Updated on 21 May 2014: Please contact the BBB in MI if you have had a horrible Lifestyle Lift, as well as your state's Attorney General and ask her/him to investigate this company for misleading advertising and pressure tactics. This company needs to be held responsible for their devastating results. They think the solution is to ignore us. We can complain all we want, but it will get us nowhere. PLEASE TAKE ACTION NOW Updated on 23 May 2014: I misstated that the BBB for this company was in UT, when it is actually in MI. Please send in your complaint. Thanks Updated on 27 May 2014: Some of you have suggested that I get an attorney and sue LSL. So far, I haven't found one that will take my case. They have stated that it would be too costly to pursue, another said that it could be fixed by additional surgery. In other words, I could pay even more and take the risks and pain. Another said that juries weren't sympathetic towards this type of surgery. This isn't about the "type of surgery", it's about what this doctor did to me. Other attorneys just had different excuses. I will continue to search for one. I wish that others would let LSL know that they have read my story, but please don't harass them, Thanks, Gloria R. Updated on 27 May 2014: I see that I gave the wrong date. My surgery was done in July of 2013, so all the healing that is to take place is done. The nerve damage and results of this surgery have already taken place and are permanent.
