Joe Gatti is a native of the Pacific Northwest, who moved to Medford after 15 years of active duty service in the United States Army to focus on his love for dermatology. Joe is a graduates of the United States Military Academy at West Point. Following his graduation and commission in May 2005, Joe then enrolled in the military’s Interservice Physician Assistant Program through the University of Nebraska Medical Center. After graduating with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies, he spent the next four years serving the Soldiers of Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. Joe is highly passionate about medical, surgical, and aesthetic dermatology, with a particularly keen interest in excellent aesthetic results with dermatologic surgeries and procedures. He is certified and trained in aesthetic dermatology, including body contouring (EMSCULPT NEO and CoolSculpting), neuromodulators (Botox), and dermal fillers (Juvéderm), as well as advanced dermatologic surgical procedures.

Mikaela graduated from Ashland High School and Rogue Community College and has made the Rogue Valley her home for nearly two decades. After her experience with esthetic treatments, Mikaela discovered her passion for helping others this way and earned basic and advanced esthetic licenses during 2019 and 2020. She now works closely with our aesthetics team in many of our services, and when she is not busy in The Clinic, she enjoys spending time in the beautiful Southern Oregon countryside with her husband and daughter.
