The office is absolutely beautiful and services are done with confident, trained hands. The staff really takes their time with consultations, making me feel heard and never feel pressured to get anything I don't want or don't need. I drive 2 hours every 2 months or so and the team ALWAYS makes it well worth my time and ALWAYS treats me like family. The snacks and drinks are simple, added touches that make my long drive back more comfortable. I've been to other offices that feel a bit stuffy and uncomfortable and I have never felt this way at Donaldson. It can be a vulnerable experience getting any type of procedure done but the office makes me feel very comfortable. The communication between staff also helps to make my appointments go more smoothly as well. I highly recommend!
