Your back rolls can be treated with liposuction. It's important to release the deep creases between the rolls with liposuction (we refer to this as lipodissection). This most likely would not completely eliminate the rolls, but would reduce them nicely. Cutting out the rolls (called a back panniculectomy) is not needed; the scar would outweigh the benefit. One option to consider for the breasts would be a vertical reduction on the left (the larger side), combined with implants on both sides. This would likely produce the best overall symmetry and shape. See a board certified plastic surgeon familiar with these procedures. Good luck. 

Cellfina cost generally varies from about $3000 to $6000, depending on how many areas are treated. The procedure is done under local anesthesia. Patients generally go to work the next day and can workout in a day or two. It works better on dimples than streaks or linear cellulite, but can improve both. Find a board certified plastic surgeon who's office has good experience with this technology. Good luck. 

We've had very high satisfaction rates with Miradry in our patients. About 2/3 do two treatments. Patients with excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis) or normal but bothersome sweating can use Miradry. Laser hair removal does not interfere with Miradry (although Miradry can result in some hair reduction along with sweat reduction). Our nurses or estheticians can use a starch iodine test to identify sweat glands if needed. Miradry is perform under local anesthesia in the office. Good luck. 

Although closed rhinoplasty can be useful and some surgeons only use this technique, open rhinoplasty is considered by some to be more powerful and is used more commonly when tip refinement is needed. Also, be thorough when considering options for esthetic changes. Based on your pictures, consider narrowing the tip, deprojection (bringing the tip in toward the face), and lowering of the bridge.  Good luck. Do your homework. 

Based on your pictures, an open rhinoplasty would likely be beneficial to narrow and refine your tip. Conservative trimming of the cartilage, tip sutures, a stabilizing graft (called a septal extension graft), and possibly a tip graft would likely be useful. Non-surgical rhinoplasty involves injecting filler into the nose to camouflage imperfections. A bulbous tip can be made to look more pointy with filler but not smaller. Most healthy patients can safely have breast enhancement and abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) at the same time. I generally perform liposuction with abdominoplasty as well. Prominent ears are common. As with all plastic surgery, the procedure must be tailored to the individual physical characteristics of the patient. Common maneuvers used to correct prominent ears include reconstructing the natural folds in the ear cartilage, reducing excess cartilage in the bowl area (the concha) of the ear, bringing the ear closer to the head, and reducing the size of the ear lobe. Discuss these options with a board certified plastic surgeon. Your pictures show characteristics that are consistent with a mild tuberous deformity. Anatomic (tear-drop) implants are often useful for tuberous deformity, but patients must be aware of the association of ALCL (a type of lymphoma) and textured implants, including anatomic implants. Smooth round silicone can be used as well. Your surgeon can explain the relative advantages and disadvantages of each type. A breast lift is often used as part of treating the tuberous deformity. In your case, a periareolar (circular) lift can be considered. Good luck.
